How to change the default language to English

We need English app

Is a very huge bank in isreal with lots of branches yet they didn’t think to make app available in English there are a lot of foreign people not only Jews plz consider

Bank Hapoalim should provide an app than your customers can choose their preferred language, especially English which is the international language.

No english is ridiculous

It’s 2023 it’s completely unacceptable that no other languages are available. Additionally it’s incredibly difficult to see what charges are for, instead it only says the amount and “charge”. Overall the app causes me headache every time I use it which is frustrating.

Nice app, no English

Thanks for the cool app! Everything works fine. Please add an english or russian support 🙏🙏🙏 Right now I have to screenshot every screen and translate it with google

A buggy app

When sending a ticket to the banker, you cannot add additional information once submitted the ticket. After the banker respond, you cannot reply. Additionally, your reply is getting deleted with no option to restore your message.

No real bank services provided

This is not real bank app. You will have to visit the bank with any issue. So only useful service is appointment.

Poor app design

It’s inconceivable to have banking apps only in Hebrew. In any normal country, banking apps are in the local language and at least English. More terrible service from a terrible bank.
