תקוע כבר יומיים על המתנה לטעינת נתונים

האפליקציה לא עובדת מיד לאחר ההזדהות היא נתקעת על מצב טעינת נתונים.
לפני השדרוג עבדה בסדר גמור חסרה אופציה לבחירת חשבון ברירת המחדל לתצוגה וטעינה בכניסה לאפליקצייה (גם באתר).

Good when it works

This is technically a good app and very useful, although 70% of the time it doesn’t work and you can’t open it

No updated to fit today’s banking needs

No Face ID support and requires you to change passwords every 6 months!

Review

The app is wonderful, but I would be able to use it quicker and with less apprehension if it was available in English too. After all, English is the worldwide business language.

iPhone X support

The app is fine i’m not a big fan of the way it works but it does the job yet even though it’s been a while since the iPhone X came out you still haven’t added support for it

No paste password?!

This app is okay and would get 3/4 star review if only they allowed to paste passwords when logging in. Thinking that disabling the ability to paste passwords increases security is stupid and sends me back to the 2000s. Go read some research around passwords - using randomly generated password that’s stored in a password manager is way more secure than remembering a crappy short password.
Will change my review as soon as you fix this horrible bug.

Closed minded developers

If you make an app that you want people to use make it easy to login. Not only you force changing the password very often but you are unable to copy and paste. And if you dare make a mistake you are locked well everyone know what will happen.
I use many other Banking apps and it’s always more easy to use the app than using the bank web site. Get over it forcing ppl to change password and type complex password is keeping the clients away from using the app. I bet there is a group of a closed minded people that will continue to force this policy until they will retire. Just take a look at other bigger and better banks around the world with more clients more assets and bigger risks. If they can allow easy access others can as well.
