Hi, right now the app only exists in Hebrew. I will forward the feedback to the relevant department. Bank workers don’t understand this app
I don’t speak Hebrew well so I booked an appointment to get help with the app and understand the information on each screen and NO ONE AT THE BANK UNDERSTOOD IT EITHER!
And they are all hebrew speakers.
I would tell you to make the app in English because that would help me read what’s going on and not just try to use the numbers as clues, but it seems even hebrew speakers aren't clear how much money is in the account, what each screen means and what the different categories are.
If you are working with a ux/ui team, hire a new one, or do some serious user testing amongst actual humans including our own branch workers cuz they do not understand your app (which is of course highly unprofessional and ridiculous)
I also hated the stupid picture of the boy and dog
