Useless app

No English language, impossible to control transactions (no payment information). We are living in 2022 in the country of high technologies, but this app is from 2005

Bank workers don’t understand this app

The app makes very little sense. Aside from the fact that the way bank hapoalim works with direct mitztaber so you never know exactly how much money is in your account. I’ve been to the bank countless times to ask them for help and they don’t understand it either.

I don’t speak Hebrew well so I booked an appointment to get help with the app and understand the information on each screen and NO ONE AT THE BANK UNDERSTOOD IT EITHER!

And they are all hebrew speakers.

I would tell you to make the app in English because that would help me read what’s going on and not just try to use the numbers as clues, but it seems even hebrew speakers aren't clear how much money is in the account, what each screen means and what the different categories are.

If you are working with a ux/ui team, hire a new one, or do some serious user testing amongst actual humans including our own branch workers cuz they do not understand your app (which is of course highly unprofessional and ridiculous)

CAN you please tell me how to accès in English?

Terrible changes

Since new version I can’t move money between accounts as before. Option has gone. It treats my other account as another beneficiary. It won’t accept the name as before. Most frustrating app. Please sort out developers urgently

iPhone 3D Touch shortcut “כניסה לחשבון not working

Before we could Enter the app with 3D Touch כניסה לחשבון and it worked very well now with new updates we can’t do that it will be a good features please make it work again

Doesn’t work properly!

When I switch to another app and come back, it leaves the login screen, and on top of that, I can’t paste user name or password.
