I love this it really helps me with digital art, and hey- I've made some good pieces! I did have a problem quite recently where I changed the canvas size, then the app crashed. When I got back in, the lines where blurry, even after I changed the canvas size back to the original. Probably my fault, but I'm wondering if it could be fixed? Aaaanyway, I would rate this app way more than 5 stars if I could. Keep up the good work!Show lessFellow Artist Person
Awesome App, but fatal glitch.
I love this app, it's my favourite drawing program. However, this past week or so, I've gotten a project-ruining glitch. Every time I save a file, it gets horribly corrupted, replacing all/half of my picture with straight black or multicoloured lines. There is no way to fix this, and it has caused my to lose many hours of work.Show lessFarLandsGriefer~Prowler

I’ve been drawing on this app for years and it is the best app for this type of thing that I’ve come across, but just now something happened. I tried to save something I made and the app saved it but then crashed. I opened it again, tried to open my files, then it crashed. Every time I try to open my files it crashes! I tried shutting down the app and my device and then opening it all back up again but to no avail. That’s all I could think of and I don’t know what to do. Like I previously mentioned, I’ve been using this app for years, so I have many many many things saved in those files. Things I’ve worked hard on, things that are important for certain reasons, and just generally things paid love to keep. I would be extremely devastated if all those hours on end just went to waste. I have no idea what I can do at this point and need help. I can’t handle even the thought of losing everything stored in that app. I’m starting to get very scared. Help me, please.Show lessJauqson

i’ve been using this app for about 4-5 years now, and it is still my favourite art app to this day. the interface is very simple and easy to use, unlike other programs with needlessly complicated layouts. everything is easy to find and it’s just a very clean app in general. however, i’ve had trouble importing photos for whatever reason recently, and i would really like that fixed. aside from that, this app is a must buy!Show lesswhyarealldecentnicknamestaken

I have not used the app as much as I'd like to have done,
but having worked with Photoshop and other programs on
Macs and PCs for years, I can say, that Art Studio is not only fun to use, but also leaves a lot of other apps far behind.

Dollar For Dollar The Best Graphic Art Program, Period.
In 25 years of using graphic arts software, this is the best. I've spent more than a hundred times as much on other software that is neither as intuitive nor as flexible as this. I strongly advise Lucky Clan to add more detailed directions and "how to" interactives to reduce the time it takes to access the full power of this system; but time invested pays off handsomely.Show lessPaladinart
Fandabbatastic app... I love it!
I've used Art Studio for many years. Thing is, when other art apps were promoted on my iPad, I admit, I tried them. But I finally learned my lesson and now I hit the “x” button. Thanks to it's wonderful designers, ART STUDIO IS THE BEST and WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR THE PRO VERSION.
In reading other posts, people get mad cuz the program doesn’t save their work. Well duhhhh people! That is YOUR responsiblility to save it when setting up the preferences for each job (colors, size, features, layers, text fonts, etc...THEN SAVE IT. (And at the end of creation, in addition to saving it in .jpg or .png, I always save a .psd edible version into my i-tunes for archiving in case I ever need it again.)Show lessVery bizzy

I have used this app for all my digital work. I loved the feature where you could share your work to an online gallery. I am an aspiring artist and using this app has been so far a great experience. I bought this for five dollars. Around the summer, the app started crashing. And I don't JUST mean occasionally. It has become more and more frequent, and I'm not the only one with this problem. Whenever I go to save my work, the Autosave takes 3 minutes (should be instantaneous or a few seconds) and if I log out of the app to reload, it will crash and DESTROY my art! The line art will turn into smudged bars or disappear altogether, and the colors will smudge terribly. It happens whenever I have more than 2 layers. And instead of fixing these bugs, Luckyclan INSTEAD creates a new version, this time SEVEN DOLLARS! No way am I paying 7 dollars for another art program when the one I have now should work fine. Fix this, please. I've lost hours and hours of hard work, and I've been devastated about it. I just lost a piece I was working on for someone that had requested it, and I took a screenshot of the gallery and cropped it. It is extremely blurry now. NO ARTIST should have to fear the destruction of their work, especially on such a promising app. Other than the not so recent crashes, I love this app. It has plenty of customizable tools and options.
