The issue related to the application log-in has been resolved with the latest upgrade. Please uninstall and re-install the Eurobank Mobile App. If the problem persists, please contact ebanking@eurobank.gr. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Problems
If you only have a loan account, when you are trying to transfer money it allows you to select recipient account but then it stops displaying an error message that you have no account available!!!
The same with the new web site.
I have to use the old e-banking to transfer money!!!!
