Sadly, this otherwise great app is not for the iPad 1. The previous version is crashy... this version is not even available for iPad 1.

Would be better if there was a way to make shapes smaller and larger with a pinch...also the sidebar is really annoying if you could hide it, it would be so much bettter.

Spent hour or so researching some sort of brainstorming software, I wanted something allowing hand drawing on the screen, after such positive experience with free PDF annotator. Anyway this looked quite good till I tried it out.
It's major flaw is the page is a set size, so you put a few notes on the screen and it's full, that's it, no more brainstorming, back to the app store to find something designed for the 21st century!
Has a few other small issues, like if you delete something click undo it says nothing to undo.

Here is a new "MindMashing" idea...
Excellent application! I would like a feature that makes it easier to transfer items from one sheet to another.
Crashes like crazy
So I got this so my son could work on a school assignment. Poor 9 year old put in two hours of work, only to have the app crash every time he tries to re-open it.

After mentioned in a blog post, opted to try it out
In a span of less than 5 minutes:
1) Installed today
2) Drew a few simple shapes
3) Saw option to change theme and did so only to crash app
4) Any attempts to restart causes same immediate effect: Crash
Uninstalling; Can't even give it another chance even if wanted to. Sour taste in mouth.
Now others must recommend this app for me to try it again in the future
Keeping in mind my brief experience, the impression I got was: not good at what it advertises

Buggy!
After recent update cannot start this app on Ipad

The program seems appealing at first, and has real potential, but the devs still have some work to do:
A) they need to make it possible to use [enter] without posting the note. How am I supposed to keep track of anything if it all needs to be one unending paragraph?
B) it crashes randomly and without explanation
C) responsiveness to touch is very strange, unlike most ipad apps. pinching is buggy and there is no visual cue that you are actually interacting with the items you are touching. perhaps a glow? a bounding box?
Anyhow, keep an eye on the app for an update, and hopefully they will fix these things.
