It just works
I run a mixed OS environment with devices and boxes in various rooms on different floors. After only a few days I added this to my ‘indispensable tool’ list. I can sit on one place on either my Mac or iPad and do different tasks on multiple machines simultaneously.
Has almost everything!
This is our go-to application for remotely controlling a mac from iPad Pros. Only two issues: (1) It does NOT have “full support” for the Apple Pencil as stated in the app description. The Apple Pencil does indeed work well, which we’ll call “basic support.” But it does not support pressure sensitivity, tilt detection, or double taps from Apple Pencil Pro. (2) Roughly half the time, reconnecting to a Mac will resize the screen display so that black bands are visible on the top and bottom of the screen. This can be fixed by going into display settings once you’re connected, and turning off and on “Match iPad Display.” So, there’s a work-around, but it’s getting old.

One thing is missing
Jump is great and very fast. One thing I would love to see is a keyboard or button shortcut to change monitors when using 2 or more screens.
Awesome, but 2 things to improve…
This is without a doubt the best Mac Remote Desktop tool I have ever used. However I have two suggestions to make it even better: 1) Have the option so that when we login remotely to a Mac that the Dock will always show. I usually have it hidden, but when working remotely is kind of hard to access it. And 2) we need a simple way to view the shortcuts available without having to google or crawl through the documentation. For example, it took me many minutes to figure out that Option+Tab does the same on my remote machine as a local Cmd+Tab, and similarly to switch desktops inside the remote machine. Do these things as this is a solid 5+ star app.

Could use an on screen controller
The app is great, but there’s definitely one feature missing from it that would make it a lot better - onscreen gamepad for games (maybe configurable). Right now there’s no way to do anything like this - you can map the keys on the numeric keyboard, but there aren’t enough keys to meaningfully do anything with, and the full iOS keyboard doesn’t seem to register as instant input (from what I can tell). Not a huge huge issue, but I think it would making remote gaming a lot easier, as right now the only real option is an external controller or finding some sort of on screen accessibility keyboard for the desktop. Even a custom keyboard option that lets you choose your own keys would be an acceptable workaround

iCloud computer list missing
Hey, I’ve been using JD for years however I’ve noticed in the last couple of months the iCloud computer list disappears. Usually a phone reset would bring it back but now I just have a blank list. On my Mac’s (home and work) the list is there but my iPhone doesn’t have anything, and yes it’s already set to iCloud in settings.
I’ve tried everything. Any ideas?

Almost perfect
I’m a pro photographer and a touchscreen really speeds up my workflow, but my apps are horrible on the iPad, so I have to use a Mac. The combo of this software, an iPad Pro, and a strong Mac is incredible. Jump Desktop is the only remote app I’ve come across that keeps up with graphic intensive apps. I can edit wedding photos over my mobile phone’s hotspot (with only 2 bars of reception) and the power of my MacBook Pro, the full-version of the photo editing apps, on my iPad Pro from anywhere I am! This changed everything for me and my workflow. I’ve been using another suite for years and Jump is way faster. Just grateful I finally tried this one.
ONE downside… I’m not sure why pen pressure sensitivity belongs in an Enterprise Teams subscription for this app. Why not just charge extra for pen sensitivity? Even if a little expensive. I have to be in an enterprise, on a team for pen sensitivity? It doesn’t make sense. But it is what it is.

Works well enough, improvement in UI is needed
The app work as intended. I used it with stage manager and this is the only App that can allow me to properly use Stage Manager in a way that I can have a VNC screen in Window mode on either screen without affecting the other.
However, the app would need some UI updates, it is quite old fashioned. Also there is a weird logo screen in the external screen when starting the App.

Missing some features
This app has potential. I link the option to use Windows Multitouch with RDP, but it’s missing a few critical features to make it usable for me. The biggest one is microphone redirection for RDP. This is a complete dealbreaker for my use case. The other thing that would greatly improve the experience is hardware acceleration for RDP. The Mac version of Microsoft Remote Desktop has this, but the iPad version doesn’t either which is why I decided to try Jump instead in the first place. I requested a refund and will keep using Microsoft Remote Desktop, but if these features are ever added I will buy it again.

Jump into nowhere
If you are looking for a remote control ptogram that can do everything you can do on your Mac, this is not it. In fact! So far I have not found any remote control program that can do anything even remotely similar. The image shown does not accurately reflect the Mac screen. It's a pain to use, because each task takes much longer than if you were doing it on your Mac. If you use multiple desktops on your Mac, you can't easily switch between them. However, the protocols used by the app can interfere with secure payment methods, so it's recommended that you exit the app completely before using important shopping or government sites.
