Brilliant Little App
Does exactly what it says, there is a support forum with full instructions, setup was really simple, now I can remotely manage my mac mini server instead of having to hook a screen up all the time.
I paid the £2.99 for the full version because it works so well and it adds much needed mouse functionality.
It also allows remote management of my mac laptop.

It works
This app totally works for my OS X Lion. I will agree that setup is a little tricky, how ever I don't give up at the first sign of trouble. It has a slight delay, but that could be my Internet speed. I would have given this 5 stars, but if my Mac is password protected (good idea. I don't care who you are) and if my Mac is logged in first "Connect My Mac" wont let me in passed the password screen. Hopefully this will get fixed so that if my Mac is already running, I can pick up my iPad and just run the computer by remote with out having to log out and log back in. Pretty useful
I find this to be quite fast on my home network... I think a great little tool to add to the arsenal. May start watching for a price sale on the paid version.AdventureMatt

Not the best app out there
It works but team viewer is way better than this app. It's easier to use, install and you can also connect to PCs.kakagonz
Amazing app!
This app is amazing and allows me to connect to my mac AND pc at the same time from anywhere! People who are running a version of windows that does not support remote desktop need to download a program called TightVNC. This program will let remote desktop work. Great app
I have configured it to both local an 3G. A little slow on 3G, but that is mainly a ATT thing. Yes the instructions are a bit confusing. I have never had it crash. I like to use it when I need to look up something I have stored in my iMac. I would recommend it to anyone.Embermom

Great App/set-up instructions
This app works great, it does what is says. The set up is easy.
1 System prefs
2 Sharing
3 Enable apple remote desktop (it will tell your IP address below which you will need for the App settings) then access the privileges for remote desktop and choose your settings
4 select the VNC screen and password option and choose a password
5 in the iphone App select the plus sign
6 enter a name, whatever you want doesn't matter
7 host name is your IP address
8 enter your password you choose to use for your remote desktop privileges
9 click save and you should have access to your MacShow lesskeithcclark
Almost perfect
Setup is a little tricky, though once setup is complete it couldn't be easier. There is a bit of a lag when running, more so than other apps. But overall does as promised.Mdfarley
