There is a 12/4/25 6.45 version but only for android. Why can’t we get some help for this useless app.

App is very bad, it doesn’t show all trackers, only one by one, and is not accurate, and to add new device is very non intuitive you have to login then create new account in the device then log out then login in new account and then add, it took hours to manage it and still very bad… I regret for spending money on this useless devices. I recommend to start by updating your app.

Jumpy
The app is OK for just rough idea. But it’s not accurate when you need it to be. Half the time it shows my car parked down the street, instead of my house!
If you go on a long trip, it plays back beautiful trail. But if you are in a small area, let’s say within 5 km range, and you go back and forth with long stops in between, the tracking is erroneous and trail plaid back is jumpy.

Good free GSM based track
Got this to use with a GSM based tracker for my daughter when she walks to/from school. It’s a good app especially as it’s non subscription based. There are a few quirks with it such as I have to restart it to get it to communicate with the device sometimes e.g. the shut down device command doesn’t work unless I restart the app etc. That said I’ve no idea if this is in part to do with the hardware. Also the instructions could be better as no idea what some of the options do.

Worst company I have dealt with
I wish I could attach screenshots from dealing with this company for my dogs tracking collars, all three collars don’t work and the company refuses to even help me with a solution. It seems like they’re scamming people, purchase at your own risk, this is the only company I have EVER had a problem with when it comes to dog tracking collars.
They literally don’t care about helping me in the slightest bit.

What is the new updated version?
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. It let me log in and then it stayed on a blank white screen. Deleted it and retired and still wouldn’t work.
The app is useless
The app doesn’t detect the tracker I purchased. It does detect my phone though, which is stupid. This app needs to go in the trash and a new one designed that will actually work.
Problem
This devise as they call it. Needs to have a Chinese SIM card. The manual is the worse I’ve ever seen. No one I’ve found yet knows how to put the SIM card in. Trying to put it in can damage holder.
