Made banking from overseas impossible
This app looks beautiful. But, the changes to how OTPโs have somehow completely disabled my ability to receive either SMS or in app OTPโs. Which essentially means I can no longer perform any online transactions at all. I have been trying to speak with the product team regarding this but no luck so far. Please roll back the app until you fix this issue. I cannot be the only overseas customer facing this problem and itโs extremely frustrating to not be able to perform any basic online or mobile banking tasks.

Overseas Card activation/deactivation
Please include the option to activate/deactivate cards on the app, unless Iโm missing it somewhere in there....
What a joke
No dev effort went into this app in past 10 years. Sure, it got updated for FaceId, so at least thereโs that. But other than that itโs a neglected ugly duckling. Stay away.
Still not updated for iPhone 6 screen resolution
Itโs been what, 4 years now since Apple went from the 4โ screen to 4.7โ, and still we have this app not updated for the new size in normal resolution.
Decent banking app
Not my favourite but not the worst either.. the interface could be improved to look more sleek.
Does the basic of the basic.
The features are lacking. While other banks in the world allows different things to be done on their app, Standard Chartered is way behind. The only things I can do on this app is just move my money, look at my accounts, pay my bills and send cheques. There are no way to deposit cheques within the app, or apply for a new account, or use the iPhone features such as Touch ID or Apple Pay. I understand it does the basic thing but then again, it is made for the iOS and you would think the app will be upgraded to take full advantage of the OS.
