  • Loss of historical data

    Was there an update in the last month? When I went to use the app today, it asked for me to login (which it has never since I first installed it) and on login, I see that I have lost all my historical data. Has this happened to anyone else? And can your support team help restore this data?
  • Easy app to use

    I find this app super handy. Easy to record notes too.
  • I used to love this app..

    I have used this app for years. What appealed to me about it over the other apps was how uncomplicated and clear it was to use. It wasn’t anything fancy just really simple and straight forward. Now every month I put my cycle in it deletes it and puts it else where. I am so guttered as it used to be really good but I have now had enough.

  • It Used To Be A Great App

    I’ve been having this app for over 10 years. This app carried the information my cycles for all those years and other activities throughout the month. However, recently, as of summer or after summer 2022 the app had a major change that somehow I lost all my data even if I try logging in the information was lost. Suddenly out of the blue the data was back. I relied on this app for medical purposes and at some point, recently , again, my data was absolutely erased. I logged in and nothing is there anymore. I had very important information by dates and notes for medical follow ups and they are all gone with whatever update they have done.

    On top of all that now the app is requiring payment to avoid adds. It is not a one time payment for the features on the app it is a monthly membership or one time annual price.

    I am very sad to say I really like the app for years, but having all my data erased is not exactly something I’m happy about. Therefore, unfortunately I am no longer using this app.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. You can enter the program to find the settings page -> restore data, you don't need to fill in the account number and password, just click the "Restore from local data" button. After repair, all data can be recovered
  • App keeps logging out and I don’t get reset email

    The app is good, not much and has ads which I’m ok with. Works fine as long as you’re logged in, I forgot my password and I’m trying to reset it and I don’t get the reset password email. Exhausting! Wasn’t the first time!!! Previously I took sometime off to recall the password and log in! Now I’m out of patience and call it quits. Not using this app anymore

    I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. If you do not receive mail, please check whether the mailbox is normal, or check whether there is mail in the junk mail.
  • Can’t get into my account

    I have been using this app for well over a decade. All of a sudden I cannot get into the app. I cannot get it to email me an opportunity to try and change my password. I can’t see any of my history or add to it. I don’t know what kind of update you did that kicked me out, but I don’t want to loose all of that information! Please help! Btw, your support link takes me someplace that only allows me to download apps. How is that support???!!!!!!!! Your stupid message on here to other doesn’t help one bit when a person can’t even get into their account!!!!! YEARS of data gone and as a developer you aren’t actually fully reading peoples messages complaining. I go into the app and the only thing it will let me do is either sign in or sign up for a new acct. it DOES NOT give me the option to do what you are telling everyone to do. There is no settings page, you can’t get into the freaking app without signing in PERIOD!!!!!!!

  • Great app!

    Great app! I preferred the old layout when I could pull up the calendar and click on the dates but this works great too! I’ve used this app for yearssss. I like that I can track all my symptoms and add in notes as well. You can add your weight, your temperature, any and all PMS and during your period symptoms. I really think this caters to everyone because you can input all the data or just choose what you want to add. I wish the ad for premium would stop popping up for me though! I love the free version!

  • Maybe paid version better

    I had years of data stored in this app then one day it just logged me out and said I didn’t have an account. I signed up again and it has done the same thing. I was using it free and putting up with the ads but annoying when they have you over a barrel relying on the tracking. My feeling is they’re trying to force me to pay for the app. Well jokes on them - calendar on the phone is free!

  • ALL GONE

    I have been using this app for nearly 10 years haven’t much liked the recent updates but only on free version so can’t complain. Opened it today got a message about Roe v. Wade. Got past that looked at my information and went out of app. I had forgotten to look at something I wanted to know so opened app again only to find my last 9+ years of information gone, everything gone. 😤

    NOT HAPPY
    After losing all my information it was restored after a few weeks by going into settings. I haven’t dared do an update since but accidentally clicked on it and now I apparently have to login, I have never logged in I want access to my info please without having to login, restore my information so I can make a paper copy of the last 10 years of medical information.
