Failure on enhanced security capabilities
What is going on guys - I’ve registered for enhanced security capabilities twice in as many weeks. Your app mistakenly “detects” that I’ve changed my Face ID when I’ve made no change whatsoever. Why is this happening?Mikeradu
Keeps getting stuck
It is very difficult to use this app because everytime you click a transaction there is a Back arrow but it doesn’t work and you have to shut down the app and login again to continue doing what you are doing. Very poor experience. Do not recommend.domkhet108

Definitely a bank in your hand!
It just gets better and better. Not had to visit branch or call them in a long time. Easy to navigate and lets me know when I’m approaching my credit limit. The chat function is great too for all my adhoc queries.Zanelow78
Very easy to use , efficient banking
I love this app as it means I can so quickly do my banking when out and about rather than having to queue for hours at the bank . It’s very easy to use . Great jobWeemys

Its disappointing how badly this app is maintained. I get error messages the request cant be processed or a white blank screen for days. Reinstalling the app never works.Ris_ss_y
Can't delete payee via app
So I can no longer access the Citibank account using mobile web browser, but I also can't remove a payee via app. Do you see a problem there?Advenight
