    For God sake publish this app on all App Stores globally. It is the same price.
  • Brokerage FAIL!

    For the psr month, access to Citibank brokerage has been hampered by “temporary delays” which prevented me from making timely trades. Luckily I have other brokerage a counts with other institutions. Big Fail!

  • Much worse with recent update

    The app used to be fast and nimble. After last update it takes on average 3 attempts and several minutes to log in. After successful face recognition and 1 min of processing the app prompts me to type in password. I click away and start again. Voila, after 3 attempts it finally works. Please fix this nonsense.

  • Gosh..

    Very poor user interface and usability compared to previous version
    Things which could be accessed with two ‘click’ or swipes have now more complicated.
    Color contrasts poor with some fields in very light grey against a white backdrop ? Ouch.
    And why would I need so much marketing material populating the page ?
    it feels like one of those applications that push their ‘in-app’ purchases..
    come on. Be a bank. Be classy !

    Very easy to use and the layout/fonts look pleasing to the eye!
  • Otp entry page not responding after entry

    Every update u post a new problem. U ask me to enter the otp sent and i did but when i finished entry your app doesnt have any response at all. It seems to be not able to know if i have finished entry of the otp. And fyi, the otp is the correct.

    Citibank global bank but every update getting worst. The app is also very laggy. Not like the old one where everything is slick and nice.

    Also where in the world is your contact phone number info! Its not on your website either! Bad bad bad. So disappointing.

  • Wished it wasn’t updated

    The new version crashes on my iPhone all the time - it will let me log in but then show a completely blank page. Honestly I do not see how the update is an improvement....layouts are just changed around and the investment page actually brings you back to the previous layout. So this “upgrade” really seems a waste of time. Hope they fix the crashing.

    Why does it take more than 3 months to make the payment link work?!
  • Useless bank. Useless app

    Very secure. Yet unable to achieve anything. Cannot contact anybody. Cannot unlock card. Cannot do anything. Might as well send me a calendar credit card. At least that is more useful. Citibank has really lost the plot...
  • One of the best banking Apps

    Citibank’s on line access and web site access has always been excellent. The App seemed to have a hiccup or two some months ago but it’s seems to have been fixed and I’m again finding is very easy to use.
