Useless traffic Cam
The idea of good, it uses google map, but it would be better if they show actual direction down below. Also, the traffic cam is really useless, while you are driving, either it shows a picture that was recorded long time ago or says this image is temporarily unavailable.
If there is an update, make that space more useful like direction, or music playing, traffic log or something...
Also, the setting is not great, no help available. (What is manual, daily, weekly refresh?) This app is good, but needs lots of improvement..Show lessHomeflash

Where was this App 4 tickets& 2 court dates ago!??!! This is officially now one of my Top 3 apps! I love that I don't have to listen to a ridiculous australian or any other accent insult me as speed traps are noted. I literally wasted money downloading those other speed alert & speed trap apps. The best part.. I LOVE the video!! I also use this as a real time traffic cam. Kudos to Phantom Alert. Very much needed.Show lessL. Joseph
Obnoxious
This app is so obnoxious, it continuously gives the alert, impossible to listen to the radio or talk to someone. Also it provides all the possible points for speed traps, which is pretty much everywhere. And the one place I know there are cops almost every day, is not listed!
Another annoyance, it gives alert on speed traps that are not on your path, not even on the road and direction you're going.Show lessKapapopulos127

I wish I had this app a week ago. I got a stupid $40 speed camera ticket in maryland. I will defiately use this app every time. Dont be like get this app before you get a ticket. Prevention is the best cure. Speed cameras kiss my you know what. I am telling everyone so that we don't keep giving our hard earned money to private companies and broke cities.Show lessI love this app 77

Just downloaded a few days ago. Works great, BUT when an alert comes on, it shuts down my Ipod music playing in the car. Hope you can find a fix for this.John T2
Get it before Apple pulls this app!
It seems to work OK. I'd most likely use it in an area I didn't know - to warn where traps might be - it's not a license to speed or drive drunk!Gregster1964
Review
Interface and be better, maybe allow us to view more of the map switch cameras. Make it more user friendly. Overall it does tell u the speed traps and everything else I would just rather now ahead of starting my commute instead of being surprised while I drive. Also maybe an option to just see the map and not the camera.Show lessC.Rubio7
Very limitef interface
Looks like it says its free but assigned me a lisence that expires at end of dec. Cameras wont work in Texas. Only in metric. No help or explanations. No interface at all except for options. No idea what the colored circles are for. Cant zoom and unzoom. Competing prods at least give traffic conditions on the map. Didnt keep it long enough to tell if it would alert me in background on an iphone 4. And if so doubt the sounds arw specific to the alert. So many school zones. Why should i care about them except when they are not active?Show lessJoelIrwin
