Don’t use this app very horrible

This app is so bad ordered food 4 hours ago and I was waiting and still didn’t receive the order instead they cancelled my order🤦🏽‍♂️. Very bad app very horrible never using again

BEWARE! Customer service is basically non existent.

We just landed in Istanbul and wanted to order in because we were exhausted.
We waited more than 2 hours for our food, trying to get some help and the customer service is not helpful at all, it feels like their replies are just automated. Very disappointed! As a foreigner I don’t recommend this app at all!!!

PS: Food came in all cold and muddled up. No refund whatsoever. No compensation. Very disappointing!!

Unwilling to help

I’ve had a negative experience with a takeaway order I had placed. Contacting support lead to them calling my phone number which then had no sound, they then closed off the support chat due to no sound on call, I can longer contact for a refund and am left very dissatisfied and down $76 on chicken and fries I had thrown out.

Scam

They cancelled my order and didn’t refund my in the application policy they wrote that all refund will be done in 7 day maximum
But I waited for my refund 4-5 week and never received I tried to contact customer service and this Turkish agent can’t speak in English the only thing they saying that they gonna reach me out and it’s never happen guys I do not recommend this application it’s Turkish scam

Scam turkish shame on you

Wont let you login or use the app if you are not in the correct location. Now im back in UK it wont let me login. They refunded one of my orders which was supposed to go back to my card but went into my “wallet” which ive made a ticket to send back to my card. But now im in UK it wont even let me use “help centre”

SCAM APP FOR TOURISTS.

Ps i also got food poisoning from burger king vomitted all night. Avoid turkey at all costs if you are a tourist.

Bad customer service

I have ordered KFC through the app, and what I received was completely different. I ordered the same menu for three, they were all wrong and none of included the potatoes purè and the onion rings as advertised on the website, and the drink was also incorrect, ordered Lipton and received Pepsi. We paid extra to add cheese and the burgers were a joke, I didn’t know if this was a prank because I couldn’t believe it, there was no cheese and no salad. I contacted Yemeksepeti live chat advisor and not only she wasn’t able to assist, but she closed the chat on me. She insisted that the food needed to be intact so they can collect it, bearing in mind that it was already midnight and the restaurant was closed, in fact prior chatting to them, we already tried to call the restaurant, therefore we didn’t have a choice only eating what we have. How can you collect the food if the restaurant is close? Am I supposed to leave it like that? I was staying in a hotel and no fridge was available in my room.

Do not download this app, doesn't even let me log in. The owner company sold the date of their users to third parties without their consent few years ago. Just use trendyol go or getir. Do not let them scam you.

Useless

Late and cold delivery, useless customer service.

They have also sent food that was both the wrong items and also expired. I have now been waiting 5 days for them to fix this. Customer service not responding. This app is trash and the service could not be worse.

They also like to deliver only half the order at times, or substitute things and not inform you. Trash!

Very helpful

This app is the best app for food ordering in Turkey. I am a foreigner and I used to use it for almost two years and I never had a problem with it. You could find almost all the restaurants in your area and you can pay via their wallet or save your credit card safely. I highly recommend.
