I use my app daily yet for the past couple of weeks, I have only been able to use it a couple of times. The rest of the time I keep getting the above error message.Kristy A.
Needs Mobile Deposit
The app is so useful when I’m out and about and need to transfer money from checking to savings (or vice versa) really quickly. However, it’s frustrating that you can’t do mobile deposit. I live and work a couple of hours away because of school and it’s frustrating when I can’t deposit any checks that I receive.Show lessctinda
Glitches
I love my bank and the employees that take care of my family but I absolutely despise this app. I always check my account and transfer through this app and more often than not, when I log in, there’s an error, not working at the moment, or call an authorized employee... blah blah blah. I’ve called the bank and reported the issue and have had to get them to reset my PW multiple times. They suggested deleting the app and downloading again. I hate to bother them because I know they are busy. Please, please get this fixed. Concerned customer.Show lessshanfed4
Fix it
I honestly hate the fact that this app never works for me. Im constantly receiving “error” notifications when I try to check my balance. Please fix this app.C_C231681817

The only thing I don’t like about the app is the fact you can’t deposit checks from it. I love not so close to my bank and it would help so much!ygncjjv
Moble deposit
Please for the love will you hurry up and get mobile deposits! Every other bank in the world had this available! This could cause me to change banks all together if it doesn't become available!Chevy finance
Doesn’t work
For months every time I click on the app it says the network data is busy or some weird error message. I have deleted and redownloaded had my phone checked out but it never works so I deleted it. This has been an issue all year.ShelbyLynnL
Good app for basic banking
Ok for basic banking but needs photo deposit capability.Bdr2431
Good but buggy
This app is great for checking my account on the go, but I notice occasionally the balance in my account is not correct. Sometimes it won't show purchases that were there before. And then they'll be back a few minutes later. Needs improvement, but overall good app.megadudeb
