The new update is annoying & degrades music experience
Before I was okay with a continuous music stream interrupted by various ads. I would let them play through. Whatever. BUT NOW. The ads will create a pop-up window effect, and the only way to play through is by having to click “done” on the pop up window, and then the ad will start. This wouldn’t be that bad, but it happens to me every 6-8 songs or so. I think this is really annoying and degrades the quality of the music experience.Show lessBonBon021

Has been for years.
You still haven’t fixed the bug of live shows or playing automatically. I private messaged you about and you promised a fix. Even last update said it was fixed. It’s still a problem! Not so bad when you have access to the app to swap channels then back again but when listening on CarPlay it’s darn right dangerous

Hey there, our Live Streaming issue has been corrected in the previous app upgrade. Please make sure you have a clean app version installed : delete the app, restart the device and reinstall the app. We have not heard encountered other users still experiencing this issue.Great program
Wide selection of styles, that ACTUALLY correspond to particular type of music. However, since it is a “radio” I can’t switch to the next song, until the current one would not be ended. I found out that you can do with premium, people have to earn money somehow, so this is 4/5.maxishapp

Loving this app, can’t believe I only discovered it in 2019. I’m not on premium yet and it works great. Would be good to know how often the channels get updated or how much tracks are on each channel? My favourites are 00s, electro house, funky house and Indie dance. Heard a few songs repeated but nothing as bad as listening to the normal radio. Keep up the good work! Josh, Australia.Show lessJoshP87
Issues since update
Update: It seems to be working again. Not sure what changed? Anyways, back to using the app, hope the issue doesn’t return...
Used to love this app. Had the yearly subscription for it, everything. But the latest update ruins it - music stops after a few songs and it does not move on to the next song unless i swap to a different station then swap back, then I have the same issue after 15 minutes or so.
I can use playback URLs fine in the Sonos app and they don’t stop, leading me to believe the app itself is faulty.Show lessMrmoose0987

I was honestly on the verge of cancelling my premium sub of they didn't offer Carplay or Landscape mode... no joke.
Dont get me wrong.. the curation , live shows, and track selections are some of the best around, but with as much as I pay for premium, and I’ve been paying for years, esp with the increased price, I wanted a little more. Yes.. They do seem to be refreshing the library more frequently now, which is probably where some of that increased cost is going, but I know many have been asking for these simple things for a long time now.

The Carplay app is among the best I’ve seen, in form, usability, and robustness. I love the navigation, how I get track names for currently playing on all my faved stations, and the connectivity being so smooth. Live shows no longer work.
App itself is fairly clean and works well besides live shows. They rarely play now. Instead, the channel with the live show will just play the curated list. Very disappointing. This would happen in the past occasionally but, it would start working again after switching channels and going back into the channel with the live show. Not anymore. Could be a site bandwidth issue not an app issue but, it’s not working as intended either way at this point.Show lessCommonLogic

Use this everyday so much stations to choose from for every mood. Use it to walk to and forth from school and no buffering on mobile data

Fantastic app allowing me to enjoy a wonderful selection of top tunes... And I can use the app to stream wirelessly too! What more could you ask for!
Update - is it just me or do other users of this app have issues with it losing your position if the app is minimised? Infuriating!theORBscureDDJ
Customer for over 10 years
I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years, but I really wish there was an option to cache hours of music for offline listening when I am riding in the mountains or in an airplane.
For an example, look at Radio Paradise. They have an awesome platform and if you could accommodate something similar to what they have in terms of downloading 2 to 8 hours of music, that would be awesome! Even if it requires paying extra, I’d be willing to pay it!
