One out of six times app worked
I have tried over and over again to order items ahead of time from AutoZone. Two reasons, one is it makes it easier on the employees because then I don’t have to ask them where the part is and take up time. Second is I get rewards for ordering online. Well today was the first time I actually made a order and it went through for pickup!! I finally have some rewards, I’m not sure if you get rewards when you shop in store because many many times I’ve been there, no employee has ever asked for my phone number or any info for their loyal customers. Guys gotta do better because there are Advanced Auto and O’Riley not to far away.Show lessBad service and poor performance
Went to your store to get an item and am told you do not stock the item, but your website says you do). Manager told me you stopped carrying the item 6 months ago. While there I ordered it via your app and the Manager says it’d likely be 3 days before it shows up. An hour or so later, I received an email stating “ready for pickup”. Drove all the way back to the store. Same manager said “its not here”, it’s only here when we call you. I said Auto Zone doesn’t care about the customer, to which she replies, we have no a/c, they control it, they don’t care about us. I drove across North Atlanta to find item elsewhere. While elsewhere the store calls to say it arrived. WORST STORE, APP and Customer Service EVER!!!!Show lessNeeds work
The design/functionality of the app has a lot of flaws, which is a little bit disappointing as a user and why I am about to delete the app. I found the back button doesn’t work frequently which means I have to start from the beginning every time it brings me to the homepage of the app. Also, it seems like certain things are blended in with the designlike the weekly specials. When trying to provide feedback in the application, it only allows about three lines of text and then you can’t see the text you try writing, there is no scroll bar or expanding text area. I work in software, and it is very obvious that testing was not careful enough. It looks great but seems like more time should be spent making sure basic usability issues and marketing opportunities are implemented. This seems more like something made for searching for one thing vs browsing generic accessories which could bring more people into stores.Show less
