Avoid at all cost
My first order with them was successful. It was a relatively small order. A few weeks later, I decided to make a bigger order and I have had to learn the hard way that the Home Depot has a a non-existent customer service through the app. They will make you argue with an AI chat bot for hours just to get a real human being on the chat. Then once an agent is available,they make you message them through iMessage and believe me when I tell you, they take their sweet time. I have gone through hundreds and hundreds of messages with these people and have still gotten zero resolution. I placed the order on 1 December. Today is the 16th and the item still has not arrived nor have they managed to even give me the slightest idea about when the item will be here. Therefore, I canceled the order. I still have not seen the money on my card and it’s been over a week now. Whenever I I have to go through the same of arguing with bot bot until I get a human only to have to deal with unreasonable wait times, only to be told to wait a few more days for everything to update. If you’re interested in getting absolutely nothing for your money, then I suggest using this app. But if you are like me and you weren’t hard for your money and you like receiving things in return for your labor, avoid this app at all cost.
