It's their website wrapped poorly in an app. Come on, don't be lazy. If you're going to build an app, build a good one. This is simply a "look, me too" presence in the App Store. Don't waste your money
Okay, so I was hoping to find a good app that would offer information about movies before I rented them. Sadly, this app opens in a quarter of my iPad, filling the rest of the screen with black. I might just live with that, except that the portion which is visible is mis-sized and useless. Don't waste your money on this app like I did!Show lessGDC2579

Very useful tool to help Christian families see good, uplifting movies. And, avoid evil ones.
If more viewers use such a tool, perhaps we could redeem Hollywood! They make what they think audiences will pay to see.

Controlling what we see and hear in our entertainment is important to my family as Christians. This app actually breaks down how many "f words", amount of nudity etc. We use it any time we are trying to find a movie to watch.Antd125

Great app!
I've used the MG website for some time and found it to be useful in deciding which movies I would or would not watch. Now I have it on my pad and I use it whenever a new movie arrives in theaters. I've had to walk out of movies because the content wasn't acceptable to me. Now I simply check out the "in theater" reviews and make my choice. If you have children, are a Christian, or you are one that doesn't like to watch some of trash that Hollywood brings out, "THIS APP's FOR YOU!"Show lessNW-wwf
