  • New features but poor performance/buggy

    I like the new features. Being able to see the program notes and search while continuously using airplay is a huge improvement. Scrolling/searching through a video is very hectic - time stamp jumps around erratically and it’s really hard to find the spot you want. Also, my favorites list is blank. It still shows up on my account on a browser(Safari) but in iOS app it says I have no favorites. iPad 8th gen iOS 17

  • Poor quality

    It appears the programming could be good. However the website is atrocious. It is impossible to log in, password recovery doesn’t work and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone at the company. Very disappointing.

  • Designed by second grade elementary students

    The Medici staff keep promising to fix problems. They never do. In fact, with each release of their apps, the service gets worse. Some of us have saved many favorites. None of our favorites show up on the iPad app or the Roku app. We actually would be forced to re-create all of our favorites on the iPad app. I will cancel this service before I ever do that. And why haven’t you ever released an Apple TV app? Of all the apps that you have released, your Roku app is the worst of them all, as it is a basic bare bones app that lacks 2/3 of your features. Just kill the Roku app, given how worthless it is, and design, and effective Apple TV app. that is what everybody has been asking for here for the last five years.

    A high school student could design an app and could do a better job than Medici. The so-called leadership of Medici, that I assume actually get paid for this dismal performance, should all be fired.

  • Incompatible with lockdown mode, etc.

    Medici is incompatible with lockdown mode on an iPhone. Please fix this, and also make sure it is compatible with iOS 17.2 and ExpressVPN. I am using this through my web browser, because I have read so many poor reviews about the iPhone app. Fix the app, so it can be used in landscape view, and so that Favorites will carry over from a web browser to the app. Also, I can't open the app--I get a "loading failed" message--even if I turn off lockdown mode. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Let me know when this will be fixed. Thank you.

    Hello, We are aware of this technical issue and are currently working on it for the next update of the app. The landscape mode is unavailable on iPhones but it is when launching a video, by clicking on the bottom right corner of the player.   • What happened?

    I am a subscriber. Until recently, I had a horizontal view on iPad Pro with loads of offerings. Now, I see a vertical iPhone type view with restricted offering and harder navigation. What happened?

  • DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

    When you subscribe through the App Store, these thieves will take your money, but they won’t let you watch anything on the app. The app says to go to the website and pay for another subscription. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still can’t watch anything. THIS IS A SCAM. I’m canceling my subscription. What a trash app and company.

  • Disappointed with 5.0.1

    We’re really disappointed with this new update. After much poking around, I found how to mark favorites, but have also lost the list I had previously. I don’t see any way to navigate to history. For some reason, the new app won’t let me switch from portrait to landscape when browsing.

  • No controls or subtitles on iPhone, and difficult to airplay

    And, there’s no app support. It takes you to a missing page (404). The app is completely useless. And why not have a AppleTV app? Can a developer please help?!?
  • Problem with downloading

    Never able to download a video for offline viewing. When trying to view the download, it either gives a blank screen or the app immediately closes out.

Alternatives to medici.tv, classical music
