  • No sub titles !!

It would be nice for the opera subtitles to appear on my iPhone..
    Not happy with this..
  • Conventional iOS video controls, please

Hopefully the promised update will rectify the very strange way this app handles on-device and AirPlay video playback.
  • Crashes all the time, impossible to use it

There is someone working in the app? Many bad reviews, most of them for the same reason since the app is just horrible.
Since we pay for a service it’s your duty creare and mantain a usable app.
    You MUST do it quickly.
  • Can’t Hear Anything.

I have been able to watch and listen to a fewoperas in this app. Concerts for some reason have no sound no matter how m y times or how hard I hit the mine button, The screen for the operas does not fill the whole area. The logo takes up the top space when wat hung on
my phone. . This is frustrating to use. Quality and ease much better at Opera Bidion and so far thT is free.

  • Great Content. Horrible App

No video controls once you turn your phone sideways and open a video to a full screen. Never once have been able to successfully download a video to watch offline. Closes out and freezes constantly. The online web version is much better.
  • AppleTV version is missing

    Please add AppleTV version!
  • Great programming, predatory subscriptions practices

I signed up a few years back and enjoyed the offerings. As a senior I admit I’m less vigilant about subscription services than I once was but I finally noticed the recurring fee a week after it hit. I had not used the service for a couple of years and ask if they would reverse the charge based on my not using it. NO was the answer, but I asked again to have a supervisor review my request. They said yes but no further response. They lied about the review. Not nice.

  • Some things broken after iOS/iPadOS 16.1 update

The media player no longer has a way to to hide the description, etc. when playing a video, or to invoke AirPlay. These controls used to appear when tapping on the video while it was playing, but no controls appear. And so the white areas above and below the video remain visible, which is distracting.

On iPhone it plays on device fine, but again no way in the app to connect to AirPlay devices without going to Control Panel.

As this app hasn’t been updated since iOS 16, something has broken and needs fixing.

    Developer Response

Hello Tster17, Thanks for the update. We are currently updating the app with a new release that should fix these and be made available in early 2023.  Best regards, Julie
  • Won’t let me login

And yes I am using the correct ID and password. Cancelled subscription.
  • Concert program info all messed up

The program listed for each concert is all messed up. It’s missing pieces and missing composers. So weird. Also the search function is not good. They need a better developer to make a better, sortable search function. Three stars for the concert videos only. App needs work.
