Super awesome but a couple bugs
iMovie is a great app and i have been using it for years. At first i was very bad at editing, but by now i am super good. I love how easy imovie is to use and simple it is. There is a few sad flaws though, and some things i think it is missing. Unfortunately, this app CAN be very, very frustrating. There are times when i am trying to change a font for one of the title texts, and for some reason it just kicks me out. :(
Im not sure if this is just because i havent updated the ipad in a while, but if it isnt it is sad to see it happen.
Another thing is all of the storage it takes up. By making a few videos your already lose a few gigabytes. But it is nice how fast the movies save to photos. BUT MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: you cant select. If you know how use photos, you know that there is an option to select more than one video at once. And i really really REALLY wish that you could do that in imovie, because deleting movies would be so much easier! I literally always forget to delete my movies when i'm finished, and so right now it is sitting at 20gigabytes. Sad. If there could be anything done with this, i am hoping. Besides that this is such a fun, easy, good app, and is very useful in movie making. Also i love the green screen options.

It’s great! Just a few suggestions!
Ok, really. This app is great! It’s kid friendly, the way you can edit the videos are smooth, and you can post them anywhere! One thing I love about this more than CapCut is the kid friendly part! CapCut, is not kid friendly. Definitely not! But I do have a few suggestions for IMovie. Fist, the music is really good, but can you make more? I love the chill pop music the most for drawing videos, but I would like some more options for chill pop. Second, is there a way that you can fix it we’re that if you delete a video for your movie the video still shows? Because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, but I completely understand if you can’t fix that! And Third, it’s about how you can make the video go faster and slower. I like that when the video gose faster that your voice becomes squeaky and when it goes slower it becomes deep, can you add that to the app again? And can you also make the speed more faster? Because we’re I post videos it has to be five minutes long, so I’m trying to make sure it’s five or four minutes. And for drawing videos it really helps with speed paints because you can make them faster or slower if you want! These are just suggestions, and if you can’t do them that’s totally fine!

Great, but a few critical quality of life changes needed
(Now crashes when opening)
Easily the best mobile editing software, but a few small changes would be great! 1. Stability and bug fixes (crashes, extremely laggy (below 1FPS at times, especially for longer projects), videos talking minutes to load before adding to a project and sometimes simply not appearing etc) 2. Exporting options, for example resolution and frame rate 3. Clips shorter than 0.4s 4. Less name restrictions, for example allowing more special characters 5. Allow text animations on shorter clips (clips at like 5s still don’t show the animations!) 6. Don’t default to ken burns on photos 7. Don’t default transitions to cross fades These are just a few changes I’d like to see, but they’re only minor and it’s an overall great app!

iMovie
iMovie is a great platform to create films and short clips allows you to be very creative and add different music and sound effects voice different videos clips home-made ones or ones off the Internet you can save them however it sometimes they lose part of your movie and only if you can only hear some of the like sounds or music you put in for example if I made a short clip I had like the cop song in the background and then I put in like a song on the top of it but the song the cup song disappeared the next day and I wasn’t able to hear it because it says it couldn’t download properly so although this is a very useful app for creating films, it’s not a great app for saving the moviesso I write this star because I really enjoy making it. It’s really easy to use but it doesn’t save well so that’s what gives her only three other than that. I would recommend but I’ll make sure you would save it to your camera roll as soon as you finish making it because it might not save properly and you might need to make it all over again.

Almost great!
I like iMovie. It's a good and simple editing system that is really fun to use. But, there are a few things that I wish would change. First of all, the space it takes up. I don't know if there is anything you can do about this, but whenever I record little snippets for a movie, they save to my photos. And I hate that! And to make it worse, when I delete them, I can't watch that part I filmed in the movie cause I deleted it. And yes, I know. There is something you can do about it. You finish the movie, save to photos, then you can delete all the snippets from your photos. But I wish I didn't have to do that. I just wish it didn't add it to my photos in general.
Second, the trailers. I wish there was a bit more freedom to the trailers. The app chooses everything for you. You get to pick the topic and everything, but I wish there was more. I don't like how iMovie chooses the music, how long the clips have to be, and how long the trailer is in the first place. I don't usually write reviews, but this app deserved one. Other than some of my complaints, this was a really good app.
Everything is free and available, there are more editing possibilities, and it looks very professional. Again, if there's anything you can do about my complaints, I would do it. I feel like these are common complaints and you would get more buyers if you fixed or changed them.
Thanks!

I movie
It’s really good and i use it all the time for editing videos but once I finished editing this video that took me SOOOOO long to film and edit and then I pressed done, and then I went to watch it, then I got three quarters of the way through watching and realised half my progress wasn’t saved! I was so mad at it that I deleted my project. Could you pls fix the saving issue? Oh and also maybe add more actually cool effects like CapCut has? It would make my videos SO MUCH better. It also glitches a lot where like, it freezes, or I can’t delete, or it just does weird stuff. And it crashes loads. It’s annoying😭That’s all :)

iMovie PLEASE READ THIS
iMovie is a great app. It has several major flaws, and a lot of room for improvement (would give 3.5 stars is I could) I’ve used iMovie across a variety of devices, and I love what a great time killer it is. (For a free app it’s good, you gotta give it that much) here are some bugs and things to improve: 1. First of all, after all of the updates and everything, it still has the same bug. After a while, when you open iMovie, the screen freezes and all you can do to fix it is to scrap all of your work and delete the app. There is nothing I’ve tried that can fix this. 2. Another thing: this takes up almost half the storage on my iPad. I can’t make hardly any movies before running out of storage and not being able to make anything else. 3. The iMovie photos save to your photos. This adds to the too much storage problem. Those are the major bugs. Here are some suggestions: 1. More music options: there are a lot of music options, but under hardly any genres. Add more mysterious or suspenseful music. 2. More options for editing. You can edit more in the photos app. In iMovie, most of the things you can edit are the color filters. That’s about it. Maybe add something where you can edit better. 3. More movie trailer genres and an option to edit the movie trailers. Thanks for taking the time to read this 🙂

The Greatest Movie App EVER!!....or WAS!
“The current download requires 15.0 iOS??” Hey guys.........what’s going on?? Why won’t my completed movies save to my video files anymore? After hours spent on finishing a project, now I can’t save it. Have you guys gone out of business or what? Why won’t you reply to me when I need help?? So much for public relations! 😡 Now I’ll have to reduce my rating back to one star. You guys killed it for me now, disappointed me no end when I was on what was thought to be a great app. Now.......it’s one almighty cockup and a real fizzer. 😡😡
Please restore the Storybook version. I miss the heartfelt music scores that made my videos a winner with many friends. Maybe I’ll give you back 5 star rating.

Why I don’t, and do you like iMovie?
iMovie is a great app, but I only give it four stars because it doesn’t have all the high-quality things I wish. There’s a Lotta other things that the people could add. I kind of wish that you guys would upgrade the app and add more sound effects in music. I wish there wasn’t such limited filters for the videos and also whenever you make a video on the app, it was saved in the app and wouldn’t put the videos on your camera roll. I would love if there are more really cool effects like adding like lighting and stuff. in the background part is really misleading for the simple fact that it’s not a background it’s more like a title screen slide. overall, I feel like the app. iMovie is really awesome and really helpful one more thing I wish you guys would make it to where whenever we’re recording we can hear the music playing too but anyways iMovie is a really great app. It can help with a lot of peoples moviemaking skills, and when they poster add videos to like TikTok or Instagram or something, people will like them and probably think that there’s somewhat professional quality because I believe these are really cool app.😌😌😏🤓🤓🤓
