How about an update?
It’s over 5 years that there has been no update.
Cannot enter configuration settings
IPhone app will not allow configuration settings to be entered - Jumps to a’connecting’ screen with no way out.
Crashes loading setup
Well Leviton has let us down again. The app now crashes when you setup and load from the controller.
Leviton does not care and seems to be ignoring that they have customers they left hanging :-(

Doesnt work on iPhone 13 Pro Max
thing doesn't work on the new iPhone, just stuck on a blue background with "connecting"
Useless app
Yesterday I paid £22 for this app which will not open. All that happens is a blue screen comes up saying connecting but it never does. I have turned off my phone several times just to check if that may resolve the problem which it does not. ?
Do not buy-out iof date
I had to buy this to access an existing security system in a house we just bought. Useless and not supported. Waste of $35 and Apple should remove this as it does not function.
Horrific
It was bad enough you put the Omni out of business , you then proceed to take $25 out of our pockets for something you KNOW doesn’t work ?? Shameful ,greedy and deceptive company ! No positive review in years . Wish I knew. I hope Apple refunds me and shuts you down !
Do not bother
I’ve had this to open gates, turn alarm on etc etc for 5 years. Every 2 weeks I’m calling the installer as it just does not operate. Error unable to connect. Delete it and start again - error unable to connect. Retrieve set up - unable to connect. An absolute debacle and frustrating system. I would stay away unless you want to keep paying whoever set it up for you a small fortune to keep fixing it.

Crappiest App ever!
This is a $25 rip-off. I think the alarm systems have no options but to use this crappy stuff. It is ok as an app for integrators and installers but for home owners it is the crappiest app ever!
I too bought it as I have no options, but not getting a notification tells you that they want you to get remote monitoring service. The developers have been paid off to leave this as crappy as it is by others who monetize by selling more expensive services.

App has not been updated by developer in 3 years.
It use to work on my iPhone 7 and worked great. I up dated my phone and bought the iPhone X, now all I get is Error: Controller Refused Connection. Occasionally it does work after a dozen tries of shutting down the app or restarting my phone. But very very frustrating, DO NOT BUY this app until developers update and fix the bugs.
