  • Intelligence is diverse, don't trip people

There's different dynamics of intelligence which, we attempt to determine by measuring a person's ability to recognize patterns. If you score high on one test and not another, you maybe better at recognizing one type of pattern than another type. It depends on the types of evaluations presented on the I.Q. test you are taking. So: if you score low on an online or official I.Q test; it probably just means geometric, spatial, numerical and clerical pattern recognition are not your strong points. It's very likely: if you score low on one of the conventional tests; you have excellent auditory, emotional, communicative or physical intelligence there's, just not many tests to determine those dynamics intelligence. So, don't trip you're all brilliant in your own way!
  • Nice, not entirely accurate

It's a nice app but I think it should allow you to choose your age to be more fair. Some younger people can't get as far as more experienced people. I don't like everyone complaining because it DOES test your brain. Some iq tests are different then others. Depending on the questions, you won't always get the same score. If you got a low one, try again. It's trying to exercise your brain. My second time I got 100 after my first score in the 70's. It's just for fun it's not challenging you on how smart you are.
  • Very Accurate at the Upper Range.

This app doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. People are just upset because they did poorly and they can't seem to deal with that. Because I know what my IQ is from previous, professional, exams which I have taken, I can say that this app gave me almost exactly the same result as my actual IQ (5 point variation). Whatever number this test gives you is the number you would probably receive if you took the standard Stanford-Binet test. That being said, I can easily see how taking this test while distracted or choosing answers impulsively could severely impact one's performance.
  • Great app!!!

Before downloading I read all reviews of this app and saw that most were complaints about the accuracy of the test. Well it turns out that the 120 that I scored is exactly the same I scored in high school on a test administered by the state and just under the 122 I received as a freshman in college. I give this app 5 stars in every aspect and expect that everyone else will also if you keep an open mind to your results instead of being offended because you didn't turn out to be as brilliant as your mother said you were. Happy gaming!
  • Did not work correctly

This app did not work correctly with its answers. I took it the first time, then tried it again the following day and found I had missed exactly the same questions. There was one question in particular I was certain was correct. So I took the test again, this time only answering the one question (question 13) and found that when I filled in any answer it was always marked wrong. I then check to make certain the app did not switch the order of the answers every time the test was taken. The answers were in the same spot every time. This leads me to believe that this app is used for people who get a lower score than they expect and will then buy the answers to see what they got wrong.
  • good ... for an app

This app does scores fairly well. there is only so much an app can predict. It does not matter if you get straight A's. An iq test is a test of patterns and the strength of your brain not a test of memorizing theories rules and functions.

By the way no one has mentioned how the botched up the dice in number 33. 2 is across from 5 not 4.
I got an 107 so for all of you who are raging because they did bad, this is not a test of schoolwork and obedience this is a test of the brain. Some these patterns are easier to distinguish if you are fully developed too. This is a great app so don't get angry if you just do bad on the test. Remember if you got a psychiatrist and you had a temper tantrum you wouldn't blame it on him would you.

okay three things for a summary
    1 good app
    2 don't rage
3 based on brainpower not grades.
  • 😒

Ok so let me clear a few things up for everybody. There is a lot of reviews saying, "I love this app! I got 139!" First of all, this game is completely inaccurate. I've seen kids in my class with straight C's and D's, and they get a score of 139 or something. I have straight A's, I'm in the highest math class, my GPA is 4.0, and yet my IQ is 67? Umm... No. To all the people that say you got a really high score, you really are not that smart. Identifying patterns does not mean you are a genius. You guys are just being really full of yourselves. Second, the questions don't make any sense. How is "What shape goes here" going to get me anywhere? In conclusion, this app is really dumb, and I suggest you don't waste your time. If you are really smart, you will get a low score. If you are really dumb, you will get a high score.
  • Not legitimate

I took the test and got 117 I'm not going to go on here and say "my iq is 169"(a person actually said that) I took a real iq test a few months ago and got 144 not one on the Internet like the person who made that comment, if you are looking to find your real iq that's the only way
There are to many things wrong with this for me to list so I will tell you the one that bugged me the most, it doesn't have different tests for different age groups like a real test does (I'm 15) so even if the test gave a real iq it still wouldn't be completely accurate
  • More answers possible than given

Several of the problems have multiple combinations or geometric steps that generate different selections for the given answer set. If seeking the best selection based on least number of combinations or steps is the goal, then the creators of the application are living a 2D life in a 3D world. After taking the test, it is more fun to figure out how many possible correct answers the creators did not contemplate than to try to guess why they chose the one given. Perhaps they just went with the first correct answer that came to mind.
  • Essentially a Quintessence of Intelligence.

I really enjoyed this application! Very neat, if you don't think it is a very accurate display of your intelligence one thing can be said, it is a excellent trainer for a state administrated IQ test no doubt. If you want to take a real IQ test in the future, I highly recommend this! In addition it's a nice little way to get in a thinking mood. (I scored 117 on this application, when I took a state IQ test I achieved 152.) - for comparison.
