  • Outdated - needs an overhaul

    This App doesn’t get any love from ATT. It’s quite buggy and freezes a lot. I often get an error message when trying to open a new voicemail that it can’t be downloaded. I’ve used it for umpteen years and it’s the same as when it rolled out. Poor user interface and buggy in use. ATT should really be ashamed that their name is on this app in 2024 as it’s quality and usability is quite poor. Would have been fine in 2018!

  • AT&T APP and employees never heard of it!

    The App is working but it does not notify me when someone leaves a message. No ringtone letting me know someone just called. I had 15 messages waiting. The sound icon selected I tried everything before calling AT&T. I was transferred to other departments and nobody I mean nobody knew or heard of this APP. I tried for two days trying to get help. Keep in mind I’m paying a monthly fee for this App. Where’s the customer service. My work around because I need this app. I check the app manually every 10 minutes to see if I have any messages. If someone have any suggestions using another app like this please post it. Thank you. I bet AT&T won’t see this.

  • Great app

    My wireless and home phone voice mail have a shared mailbox. When a message is left in the mailbox, the app vibrates the phone and I can read a transcription of the message and delete without needing to dial and log into the mailbox over the phone. So convenient, thanks AT&T!
  • Keeps crashing needs attention

    AT&T someone on your team should be using and quality checking this app. It is fine when it works but now has crash bug. Please fix
  • Where to start

    The user interface design alone should tell you how much AT&T doesn’t care about this app. The user interface was great in 2007 when the iPhone was born, but now… not so much.

    -No way to select and delete multiple messages
    -no way to delete message without the message
    -messages are not audible
    -login info not viewable when phone is in dark mode (black text on black background)

  • Does exactly what it’s supposed to

    Allows me to hear my home voicemail before I get home
  • Really..! Do some real programming and update…

    This used to be a great and useful app for years and now it isn’t. Like other users have said, a recent update made it so the Work and Home apps can no longer retain different phone datasets unless you open each one and leave them running all the time.... In other words, you can’t have one for home and one for work anymore unless both are currently active at the same time... Otherwise the other one will mirror the last number used and you have to REST the configuration... So not useless, but no longer a decent app...

  • Recent login issues

    Has issues keeping you logged in lately. Keep have to either reload in or delete and reinstall the app.
  • Stopped working

    Doing fine until early this year. Suddenly told me to check settings because unable to log in. Probably around March like other reviewers said. Called ATT twice. Didn’t get any help and gave up since so much time on hold without results. Works when calling the number to retrieve messages from home phone but have to call several times from mobile phone and input password few times. I have 6 digit password. Will probably cancel landline because of this. Just having it as a backup to mobile at this point.

    Ps won’t let me send review of 1 star saying nickname is taken even if I put ridiculous names. Will try to change to 2 star and send. Still won’t will have to try 3 stars now. It’s actually -3.

  • Great app, great customer service

    Well, I‘be got to take back any negative things I’ve said about this app not working. I finally set aside time to call AT&T customer service and the rep figured out and fixed the issue in a couple minutes (and I was only on hold for about thirty seconds). It was a password problem, so a simple fix once the rep got it updated for me. Anyway, this app has been a great way for me to check in on my home office calls and faxes when I’m on the road, and I am thrilled to have it up and running again. If I run into further snags, I won’t delay calling their customer service line. Very nice work, AT&T, I appreciate you (and this app).
