  • Doesn’t work

    Doesn’t work. Enter your phone number and PIN, then … error. Try to send report … error sending email. Try sending report another way … error sending email. Utterly useless. Shouldn’t be allowed to continue to do business in the USA!
  • They broke it

    The home and work version are now interlinked some how. I had to reset the number and pin. And now both the home and work have the same tele number. I change the work number the home number changes. When I change the home number the work number changes. PLEASE FIX
  • Was great till it stopped working altogether

    Amazing to break an app that worked. users can no longer sign in, problem reports bounce, no info on website and customer service calls are pointless. It’s been weeks. Did ATT forget they made this app? Please fix.
  • ***How to Fix March 2021 “Unable to access” problem***

    If after the March 2021 app update, the app says you can’t access your voicemail, try: 1) Go to Settings. 2) Turn OFF the “Save PIN” option. 3) Go to Inbox, you should be prompted to enter your home phone number and your PIN. If you’re not prompted, close the app and re-open again to go to Inbox. Enter home phone number and PIN when prompted. 4) The app should now function normally. Go back to Settings and turn “Save PIN” back on so that you won’t have to enter your number and PIN every time.

  • Incredible how poor the support is for this app

    After working perfectly fine for years on end....about mid March it will no longer allow me to login....after many phone calls to AT&T no one seems to be able to fix this.
  • Last update broke access

    As with others the last app update broke access to the app. No inputs to log in or out, just says it can’t connect. Unable to use it at all at this point. Please push either a rollback or an update to fix. Until now it had been a fairly stable and reliable app.
  • App stopped working mid March.

    Why did the app stop working in mid March? It functioned satisfactorily for years, but now when the app opens it says it can no longer access my ATT landline voicemail account. It tells me to check the settings, but there is no info on my phone account — just a blank. My old voicemails are present but not new ones. The only option seems to be to press Reset, but this option warns that all old voicemail will be lost. It appears that your recent update around the same time perhaps disabled app use for long time clients. Please fix and leave info on how we can contact a developer. HELP!!!

  • App no longer works!

    After the last update this app no longer works. It just keeps telling me unable to sign in & to check settings. The problem is there is nothing in settings to check! Frustrated!!!
  • **People having trouble logging in**

    I called AT&T and they figured out it is wanting a 6 digit PIN number in my case to login. Once my pin was changed to 6 digits it let me login and stay logged in. Once logged in under settings there is an option for pin to be remembered. If this doesn’t work for you call AT&T. The guy stuck with me and figured it out. Hope this helps!”

  • No longer works

    Worked great until about a week ago. Now it won’t let me login. Come on guys. Let’s get this fixed. Cannot download messages from website either. Asks for a QuickTime plugin that no one uses anymore. Does anyone from ATT read these reviews?
