I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Since the beginning of March 2021 I’ve not been able to use this app. When I get a VM notification and activate the app on either my iPad or iPhone, I get a popup, "unable to log in" , "check your account details in Settings". I tried to explain it to the customer svc rep in the Philippines but after 45 minutes she passed me to a specialist, and of course the phone call was dropped. Prior to this I was very pleased with the app and would have given it 5 stars.

Great app until it died

I very much enjoyed the app and found it useful as I have a lot of business communications at the present time. Then one day it stopped working and asked me to log on again. It refuses to take the logon information and continuously send a pop up saying wrong info. The info is not wrong. Called AT&T. Got the automated voice telling me to reboot my modem and all would be well. It was not. Very disappointed in AT&T support for what was a very useful app.

VERY dissatisfied!!!

Since the last update (about a week ago) the app no longer works properly. I’ve spent almost an hour on my cell phone with 3 different customer service reps who are unfamiliar with the app despite it being an AT&T app. I know I have 3 messages waiting for me to look at but can’t get them. I’m away from home for an extended period so this is more than a great inconvenience! Hopefully those messages are not too important. Two reps told me to delete/reinstall the app but a warning pops up before I hit delete that says deleting will erase all data (which would erase my 3 messages, I’m assuming.)

Delete and download again if you get locked out

I updated the app over the weekend to 1.14.0 and it locked me out. I had to delete the app and download it again (twice) for it to let me log in again.
Overall, it’s a good app. Alerts me whenever I have a voicemail at home, and Reading the transcriptions - still not perfect – are much faster than actually listening to a voicemail.
Deducted one star only because of the access issue. Otherwise highly recommended!

Unreliable! No Support!

Since my last update, I have been unable to sign in and there is no support in any of the guides provided by AT&T. The only guide that’s available is outdated by at least six years. It’s very frustrating, because I had gotten accustomed to checking my home voicemails from my iPhone and now I am unable to do that and I have no idea how to resolve the issue.

Broken app

Latest update broke my app. Tells me it can’t log in but there is no way to check your login. Not downloading voicemails. I am getting notifications though. The reset says it will delete everything. How does one fix this?!?!

Works now

I gave a 1 because update knocked out access with two iPhones. Now it works because I deleted and re-downloaded. Giving a 4 since update should not kill access.

Now broken

Seems broken with the latest update since I am getting a message that I need to check my settings because I am not logged in. Problem is there is no way to login from the settings tab. No clear way to fix this. Very frustrating!

Can’t log in since update

So....you updated a day ago to fix “bugs” and you seem to have created a new one! and now the app states: “Can’t log in - please check your settings! Didn’t download a recent voicemail either. Something is not right. Would appreciate your fixing this new bug because I do really like this app.

Worked great for years

On November 20, 2020, this App stopped working on both our iPhones. Several calls to ATT were no help. Before the problem we would tap the App when notified of a VM and it would pull up a list that we could listen to or read. Now it wants our phone number and PIN and after entering it says they are incorrect and to call ATT which is no help.
