Password required
The app is very useful but it’s annoying to have to login every time I open the app. This was not required until recently. Annoying for those of us with large fingers.
Doesn’t seem to work?
Seems pretty straightforward so I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I entered the phone number and the password and it says authentication failed and asks me to send error report. I tried several times and checked my numbers. I think I sent three error reports. Idk looks like I have to just do it the old fashioned way and call and listen.

Unannounced Changed
I have been using this app for a couple of years. It worked okay. Now all of a sudden it’s asking for a pin to access. The 4 digit pin I set up years ago was now invalid. I had to create a new pin in order to access my messages. I don’t see the need for a pin at all. What a pain!
Now it works great
I used this app for quite some time with no problem. Recently my iPhone X s Max crashed and I had to have it restored to factory settings. After reinstalling this app, I could no longer log in. I tried getting help with NO SUCCESS. I actually called AT&T and they could not help me AT ALL. After uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, it finally works great again. Happy once more.

E-mailing doesn’t work
VM Viewer is still better than having to check voicemails in person at home every evening. VM Viewer used to allow me to forward (via e-mail) the transcript of a voicemail, too, but that hasn’t been working lately. I just talked to AT&T tech support and they told me that they don’t support this app. What the heck?

Phone App
It’s ok. I wish they had the next message automatically highlighted already to just click to delete instead selecting it and deleting it each time. Also for the trash bin , there should be automatic time to be deleted like in 3 days all the messages in the trash bin would be deleted. There should be a way to filter and select and select all

Update this for 2019
This app is super slow. Barely loads. Translation is horrible. Of course being a stock holder ATT doesn’t even call me back or take feedback to fix or make this app better. Oversized weird fonts. It’s like the first app ever made. Totally behind. I have to delete messages twice for them to be gone. Please update this app. You haven’t done so for over and year And a half and that was minor. Please make this fresh!!!

This app does not work
Cannot connect. Put in phone number & pin. Get a “problem” message. Called the help number & after talking to a plethora of robots got a person. The ATT associate knew nothing about this app. Verified that I had the right pin. Still does not work. Deleted & reinstalled app. Nothing. Do not get this app. Giving it 0000 stars.

No support at all
I spent an hour speaking to an ATT technical support representative after being unable to access my voicemail through this application. This individual tells me that they have no way to access the application. I explained the issue several time and he still didn’t get it. It was apparent he wasn’t a Westerner and his understanding of English is limited. Sad day ATT. This crap is a waste of time and energy.

I’m one of the very few who still has a landline. I hate checking voicemail. This app makes it convenient and easy breezy! Fabulous!
