Do the writers of the positive reviews actually use Egnyte?
The whole point is collaboration which just doesn’t work on iOS or iPodOS (or anything else). Unacceptably high downtime. V poor integration with apple ecosystem. Try moving files back and forth with files app. Just try it.
Do yourself a favor and use a modern cloud provider. iCloud, google, Dropbox, box, even share point. Just don’t waste your time with Egnyte.

Customer service went down hill
I’ve asked to talk to a manager but they will not respond. They force a rep on me who will not respond to my emails. He just charges our account for the new huge price of around $179 a month.
All the other companies we’ve been with the same time show respect to our loyalty, as they should. Simian gave us free storage and kept the price the same out of respect for our loyalty.
USE A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS YOUR BUSINESS. NOT Egnyte!!! Use to love them. Not anymore. Customer service matters!
