Can't select device type
Something is busted with the device type selection. I'm assuming all the text was made white or something because previously you could select a model and see what you were choosing. Please fix this guysYcjma

The worst.
Paid to get hard wired cameras from Pioneer Security. What a joke. The video is poor, I have seen way better video quality from cheaper cameras. My ring door bell is even better. The app constantly had issues and the unit would not stay on. Gave up and finally disconnected the service.Kat55788

Event search - fail
App only lets one phone have accurate time search on for event search of the recording. My phone the dates all all grey and unable to select to playback.Jo-hal
