Nicely done. Perhaps a Taipan 2 with expandable warehouse, higher value items as you go, ability to put warehouses in every city...

Got to say, this takes me back to my grade school days when I first saw this game on the TRS-80. It sparked my love for computer games in a big way. Only thing is, $3 seems just a hair high. Maybe lower the price a dollar or so. Aside from that, hen hao!

Why does Li Yuen always win?
I use to win against the Li Yuen pirates before. This happens for both the PC version and the PDA version. Now Li Yuen pirates became the game ender. I remember I reached 1 trillion in the game. I wish they will improve this.

Back in the day I pulled many an all-nighter making trillions.
This incarnation has a couple of features I love, being the ability to save games, and the turbo feature, so battles don't take forever like they did on the apple ][.
I do have a couple of gripes, being that the 'all of it limit' cash display limit, and the 1000 gun limit, come on only 1000 guns? Really?
If I were to suggest an enhancement, it would be to the saved game stats, a trading time indicator would be great, as some games can stretch for centuries at a time. Currently playing a game that I've had going for over 500 years.
Otherwise a great game. Loved it 30 years ago, love it now
