Woot
Awesome game xept I u get stuck items drop right on you multiple times and evil balloons come right where u r I mean cmon it is pretty hard without that
Its charm steadily piles up on you
My first few times playing the game, I was unimpressed. Run left. Run right. Avoid objects falling from the sky. What's all the hype about? But there was something fun about it, and the more I played it, the more its attention to detail impressed me.
After a few objects fall from the sky, you can't help but think that sooner or later a piano has to fall on you. And oh how it does! The piano gets its own sound effect. A satisfying clang that sounds a heck of a lot like dropping a piano.
The iconic artwork is terrific. It would be easy to dismiss the drawing style as retro, pixellated, or primitive. Instead, it's amazing how few pixels are required to represent each object. At one point, dogs playing poker, falls out of the sky. Little more than a frame and a few blobs of colour, it is nonetheless unmistakably recognizable.
The objects get doled out a few at a time, so you can play many times and still see new objects appear. At some point during play, I was sucked in by the totteriness of the enormous garbage pile I was dancing upon, and thought about the sheer number of objects there are in the world.
I never did really get into the Story mode, but the Endless Nightfall keeps calling me back to see if I can get a little higher. A very addictive game with lots of charm.

The best indie game for iOS
By far the highest quality and most fun indie game I've played for iPhone. Can't wait to try it out on iPad as well using my iPhone as a controller!
I hope this is the future of gaming
I had a blast playing The Incident over the holiday break while I was stuck at my parents' house. The level of polish is astounding and the sheer variety of falling objects means even spectators will enjoy the game.
I played on my iPad and used my iPhone as a controller, which was ideal because I found playing on the iPad to be pretty unwieldy. The graphics and music are just wonderful, and the level of difficulty seemed just right to this casual gamer.

Great game
Worth far more than what it costs. This is a must-have game for any iOS user.
Great game, good value and great support too!
This game is a lot of fun to play, and it has a good replay value. It is more than worth the price, and even more so if you consider that you can also play it any way you want: on an iPhone, on an iPad, or on an iPad with an iPhone remote!
I'm even more inclined to give it a 5 star rating since, when I found a bug in the game, I sent an email to the developer and he replied right away. The bug has been quickly fixed, and this is something I can't say of every other developer out there. It's good to see someone who goes the extra mile to make sure its customers are satisfied.

TV out, while great, seems to need refinement
I've been really eager to play with the TV-out feature, since the "iPhone as controller" feature was such a smashing success. Sadly, my first experiences with it aren't going so well. First, the game has a large bar of video noise at the bottom of the picture on the TV. I've got an Apple Component AV Cable, the connections are solid, and video out is fine from other apps.
In addition, it seems I'm required to kill the app in the fast app switcher every time I want to switch from internal video to TV-out, and vice versa. That's no good. Hope it'll change.
Lastly, and honestly this is the only real bummer here: using my iPhone as controller seems to be far, far less responsive, both in terms of accelerometer controls, and taps. I've only noticed this in TV-out mode so far, but I'll report back here once I've had a chance to play without the TV-out.

Fantastic game, unbelievable value for money
Possibly the perfect iOS game, highly addictive and lots of fun. Playing it on an iPad with an iPhone as a wireless controller a really nice touch.
As for the music... well, the music alone justifies the cost. Just think; if they released the soundtrack as a single track on iTunes it would cost more than the whole game! What are you waiting for?
