Worst app i have ever seen. Trying to cancel my subscription but there are not cancelling it and still charge on my card. Rubbish ❗️
AI made this app lazy and worthless
I miss the old Chegg. Back when you could snap a picture of a homework problem you’re stuck on, and see other students who posted the same question and get answers and explanations written by REAL PEOPLE and rated by users for their accuracy.
I can’t for the life of me find the “old” system of posted questions and answers anymore. It forces you to go through an AI chatbot that sometimes doesn’t have the answer you need. You can’t avoid the chatbot, the app IS a chatbot. As far as I can tell the old Chegg is gone, along with the value of the subscription. Why would I pay $16 a month for a glorified chatbot when I could A: use ChatGPT and use my best judgement to decide whether its answer is legitimate or just AI-generated nonsense, or B: switch to one of Chegg’s competitors that still uses something similar to the old post system?
In my opinion, Chegg has thrown away what made it useful and somewhat unique in favor of jumping on the AI bandwagon, but continuing to charge the same subscription even though it’s now just a paywalled AI bot with a fancy interface and not an actual service centered around real people that you would want to pay for.

Don’t use this app
I used it for one assignment and they charged me $20 twice without even asking whether or not I wanted to pay. Didn’t even know paying for it was an option until I checked my bank statement
Worse place to find a solution
This is nothing but a waste of time ... y'all don't use it because it's not what you want that you will get.. firstly, they lied on unlimited solutions, secondly, all answers are freaking wrong. Tch
Error logging in
I can’t log into my accounts I recently renewed my subscription and I really need to access it. But it keeps saying “something went wrong” and won’t let me log in. What’s the point of paying my monthly subscription if I can’t use it when I need it the most??

Makes you pay $20 a month if you want a simple answer, if you use it for math get Photomath instead
No More Flashcards
The whole point of the app before was to use its flash card feature and now it just has a bunch of nonsense and asking you to subscribe when before it was free. Don’t use the app it isn’t good any more the developers have tremendously let us down.
Not worth your money
Gives incomplete answers under the disguise of “learning”. I would hope that after paying a fee and sending it to experts, they would send me back complete answers but the literally don’t. The app isn’t worth it honestly, don’t waste your money. Your frustration will literally skyrocket , i have given up on getting answers to my practice exam questions after sending the same question 4 times and getting 2 different answers and part be unsolved in all 4 attempts.

BRING BACK FLASHCARDS
the only reason i used this app was for the flashcards and they were so helpful for school and now that you have gotten rid of them it’s like a whole new app and it’s awful. Old chegg was so much better.
