App doesn’t even launch on a iPhone 7 Plus
The app itself doesn’t require any extra updates if your are using iPhone 7 Plus or Better iPhone but the app doesn’t even launch on my phone

LOVE, LOVE, LOVEEE!!
I use it for grade 11 physics and it’s amazing! I will admit that the formulas can be a bit different from stuff I’m learning right now BUT AMAZING FOR UNDERSTAND HOMEWORK QUESTIONS I DON’T KNOW!! There’s truly nothing bad about the app, great interface as well!
Do NOT purchase. Waste of money
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience using Brainly, and I have to say it is, without a doubt, the worst subscription service I have ever encountered. It was advertised as an intelligent, AI-driven platform, but not a single answer I received was remotely helpful or accurate. I expected a reliable educational tool, but what I got was far from it.
The responses I received were completely nonsensical and often irrelevant to the questions I asked. In some cases, the platform couldn't even attempt to answer my questions, which defeats the entire purpose of using such a service. Furthermore, navigating the website is a frustrating experience. It's cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what I need or manage my account. To top it off, canceling the subscription seems impossible, as the website offers no straightforward way to do so.
I feel that I’ve wasted both my time and money on Brainly, and it has caused me nothing but frustration. I would rate this service 0/5 stars if that were an option. It fails to deliver on its promises and is misleading in its advertisements. I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform, as it simply doesn’t live up to the expectations it sets.
Given how poorly this service has performed, I am requesting a full refund. I regret purchasing this subscription and would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
