Do NOT purchase. Waste of money
The responses I received were completely nonsensical and often irrelevant to the questions I asked. In some cases, the platform couldn't even attempt to answer my questions, which defeats the entire purpose of using such a service. Furthermore, navigating the website is a frustrating experience. It's cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what I need or manage my account. To top it off, canceling the subscription seems impossible, as the website offers no straightforward way to do so.
I feel that I’ve wasted both my time and money on Brainly, and it has caused me nothing but frustration. I would rate this service 0/5 stars if that were an option. It fails to deliver on its promises and is misleading in its advertisements. I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform, as it simply doesn’t live up to the expectations it sets.
Given how poorly this service has performed, I am requesting a full refund. I regret purchasing this subscription and would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
