No More Mobile Deposit

The app would be fine if I could do mobile deposits. I was able to do them earlier this year. What happened? This is disappointing.

Mobile App/Zelle Option

I have been having so many issues with receiving and requesting payments thru Zelle which is now thru Skyla mobile app. I had the Zelle app on my phone which was working fine until I received a message from Skyla saying I can now use Zelle thru the mobile app. I followed the steps by enrolling my phone number and email etc. But every time someone is trying to send a payment it says failed on their end and my end in the activity log. It’s very frustrating; because my husband banks with a known major financial institution and he’s able to send other people money that banks with other institutions and not Skyla. Oh and when I open the zelle option thru the mobile app it will keep saying internal error; duh I know that!!!! I called Customer service on a Saturday evening and of course they tell me that someone will give me a call Monday morning for that department; and if I try to delete the mobile app and then go back to the zelle app itself it’s going to ask me to find my bank and I’m back at square 1 not working.

Mobile deposit not showing

My mobile deposit doesnt show anywhere on the app and its been like this for a while. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still its no where to be found. The old app was way better i dont know why they changed it and made the app worse

The card freeze option needs improvement when stopping payments

Please restore landscape

After the last update the app won’t appear in landscape mode on my iPad!

Great app!

Has everything i need! check deposit, transfers, bill pay, budgeting, loan opening, CD, etc. Very happy with Skyla!

It’s easy!

I think the new app is great! Now I can pay my mortgage in just a couple minutes. Before I couldn’t pay it through the app! Also, I get to see my credit score daily!!!

New App keeps locking me out

I can't even remember the number of times i've called or had to reset my password since this new app was deployed.
I never had an issue with the old app. I understand not everything will go as planned with a new app deployment or update but these many times can't be a good sign.
I am running out of passwords here.
Why am i being locked out of my account these often for no reason whatsoever on my end.
Last time i called customer service about this, they couldn't answer me besides telling me i need to reset my password.
Is my password expiring every 3 weeks?

For some reason it stop letting me deposit money through plaid. Go back to the old app or make it compatible
