Time to hire a UX team
This app is incredibly confusing to do basic tasks. It’s obvious that all UX paths align with the backend but not with how users would want to find and purchase a ticket. Hire a product manager. Hire a UX team

Ich habe versucht die App im Zug und, als das nicht ging, an einem Bahnhof herunterzuladen. Das hätte jeweils 21 Minuten gedauert. Absurd.
Wir waren kürzlich in Antwerpen, Berlin und London - nirgends hat es solche Probleme mit den Apps gegeben.

No Apple Pay? No PayPal? No work?
So many issues with this app. Especially when other cities just let you use Apple Pay at a turnstyle. Do Germans just like to suffer?
Constantly crashes, had to pay a fine
While getting controlled for my Ticket the app crashes. The controller then gave me a fine of 60€. Even if I’m able to show that I had the ticket it STILL COSTS money. This app needs to be pulled.
Awful app
No Apple or Google pay so you are forced to use card payment which is always fun entering into the app when standing in public. You then often find you are stuck with an endless spinning wheel on the UPP screen after approving 3D security. The only way to solve this is to completely kill the app and start over.

Since I updated the app, I can’t buy tickets and can’t use my existing stripe tickets.
