Utterly complicated. Flow to buy and validate ticket hard to figure out. Remaining credits impossible to determine for multi stripe. I burned several credits by accident. Failed error messages happens and have to retry. However you can eventually get a ticket. Good app if you want to scream at your phone.

App doesn’t work anymore.. after the update
Layout looks great! Just can’t buy ticket or use it! Please fix!
A pain that could and should work but does not
Often won’t display tickets to buy. Need to delete app and download and register again... and again… and again… Shame.
Unable to buy tickets
Unable to buy tickets after last update. It says “no products please pull down…” regardless of which option you select. The app worked fine before this last update.
Awful
Credits can’t be used - uninstall and reinstall - logging in again - nothing makes the problems go away. This app is really bad. The old one should have been kept. It wasn’t pretty but at least it worked. Not enough bad things to say about the new app.
Worst Public Transportation App ever!
You could think the designers of this App make it on purpose so frustrating to use so that you go back to using your car.

Since the bug update I’m not able to select any tickets for purchase… also when sending feedback the captcha is so unbelievably difficult to submit…

Thank you for your feedback. After the update, there are problems with ticket purchases and the use of ticket credits on some devices. To solve this problem, the product list in the menu item 'Ticketshop' must be updated once by pulling down the page. If the problem persists, please reinstall the app.
Worst app. Had to pay a fine of 60 euros!
The app doesn’t allow you to book any future trips! And I found this out the hard way when I was booking a single trip going to Munich airport! I selected origin and destination and a time window (or so I at least thought) for a trip this afternoon. Turns out it defaulted the time of when I made the booking itself when I bought the ticket first thing in the morning. As it was before breakfast I didn’t notice this being half asleep. What value is this app when you can’t make a future booking?? I should have rather paid the ticket at the counter before I stepped onto the train. Eventually I was intercepted by a ticket inspector and I had to pay a fine of 60 euros! I’m still mad about this and want the MVV to pay me back this fine. I will never use this app again! Totally misleading and non user friendly. If I could, I would give this zero stars. The app probably exists to make money out of travelers this way…

Hopeless
What a waste of time: only language is English, couldn’t set up account or buy ticket. Downloaded “MVG Fahrinfo” app instead, ticket sorted in seconds. MVV-App now deleted.
Ticketshop does not work
I have not been able to buy tickets on this app for months. I would love to use it but it serves no purpose if I can’t buy tickets.
