Lost all Leads
I'd used this app a couple of times in the past, then started using kvCore - so switched to their app. Needless to say, I changed CRM's and wanted to use an app that would network with Followup Boss. First the app had problems "syncing". I finally got it to stop spinning and used it at my Open House. I had a HOT lead attend. BUT after the Open House, when I went to get the leads info from the app - the "syncing" function just kept spinning. Restarted the app and ... it now says there were NO leads at my Open House. I have completely lost - not just the possibility of a Buyer but the possibility of a Listing!!!!! I'll find something else to use in the future!

Used to be great, now I can’t use it
Just updated to the new version, and all my data was erased and I can’t add a new listing or open house. All I get is a spinning “create listing” action but nothing happens. So disappointed. This used to be a wonderful tool the way it was.
Stopped working
I have used Open Home Pro® for over a year now for my open houses. I did not have any problems when using this app. At the end of June it required you to upgrade to use most of the services on the app. I paid for a full year subscription on July 1. Last weekend I went to use the app that I had programmed for my Open House and it’s completely blank. None of my contacts, leads or listings were there. I have reached out to support over the weekend and they didn’t get back to me till Monday morning. They said to update the app. I did that and now it is a blank white page. There is nothing there. I will be needing my $240 back since you are not providing the service that I paid for. Shameful!

TOO MANY BUGS! MAY 2022
The app was great at first but is now unusable. I am using the paid version on a 1st Gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch. First, there is no screen auto-refresh so it will go dark if not touched in a while. Open house guests of course walk by a dark screen. Second, I keep my iPad in dark screen settings and open home pro won’t show questions in dark mode, I have to manually switch to light mode to work. Third, and the straw that broke the camels back…guest responses are now not saving when they hit enter/next. It’s embarrassing and awkward to have people waiting on you to fix your tech. My open house was a bit of a wash because I could save info. Please fix this ASAP. Other than that, the app is really great.

Great app for realtors and landlords
This is huge game changer and easy to use. I found that when asking for contact information at open houses people tend to snarl when being asked with pen and paper. They typically dont want to give it out. But for whatever reason people are drawn to the iPad and freely without complaint they just provide it. I have mine set up just for name, email, and number. But you can modify it to ask whatever questions you wanted. Plus whether you have bad handwriting or they have bad handwriting, it doesn’t matter. It’s still legible and you can easily capture a lead without issues.
My biggest and only complaint is attendee note taking. The best thing about this app is I can add notes to people who signed in to my open house. So if I want to note that they were destructive or gave me concerns or to remind me to send background check if my open house is for a rental I can look back it. My complaint is if I make a note and the. Save it and then I decide to add another note, I can’t see my previous notes. That’s my biggest complaint. If someone could reach out to me to discuss to make sure I’m. Or doing anything wrong I would appreciate it. But other than this is a great app and the bulk of it is free. The stuff that truly matters is free. :)

Good app but needs to be updated
\I’ve been using the open home pro app for about two years and it is great for getting all the information without having to deal with the mess of peoples hand writing or getting wrong information on sign in sheets from guests at an open houses. I just recently ran into a glitch where the screen would freeze after the last question and when i closed the app to restart it I lost all my leads for that day. Other than that I think, the app is very useful

Can’t see anything
Downloaded and went through tutorial.. couldn’t read anything. White background with white font for questions . Listing details are on black back ground with black font. This app seems useful but it’s completely unusable. Can’t delete listings. Overall terrible first and second experience
Good app but text isn’t coming up
All text in tap is coming up white. Cannot read anything being typed and the questions and fill in areas aren’t filling in.
App great. Customer service horrid.
I used the app for a month to try it out and liked it but didn’t have a need for it due covid impacts shutting down open houses. I canceled my account and for two months was not charged. However every month since then I have been newly charged despite calls and emails restating that I canceled my subscription in March. I even changed my credit card after reporting the charges as fraud for two months and the app still managed to track my new card and charge me again without permission. Literally at the point of having to block the vendor from ever using my info again as they aren’t returning calls or emails to address the issue.
