Great app. Needs some upgrades.
Love the ease of use and lead capture. As many have said people are more inclined to use app compared to paper sign in. Two changes I would like to see. When the app is idle, no one signing in, it would be great to have a slideshow or video of the home playing in a loop. Other option I would like to see is ability to edit the questions, wording, responses, after they are added.

Free open house app!
App is great! Unfortunately I wasn’t double checking after each customer that they finished answering all the questions and I lost some contacts! I love the questions the app asks and the comments section! Just beware if the customer doesn’t finish answering...the contact isn’t created!
Text is invisible
It used to work nice. Maybe they simply dropped this app from their work flow. The text is not visible. Newer iPads don’t work. Old one yes.
Loved it but text doesn’t show up anymore
When filling in data for listings the text is white and isn’t visible. Same problem occurs when visitors enter their info to sign in. This makes the app unusable... I have the new iPad Pro with up to date OS so not sure if this problem is unique to my model.
Decent options but you cannot read the questions
The font and background on the open house sign in questions are both white... so you can’t read what the questions are or any of the prompts. Pretty useless while that’s the case.
It does allow you to change the questions, order the questions, and put in photos for the background.

I’m a realtor in Miami, Florida and i have been using the app for several years now. It helps me keep all the traffic organized and once I’m done i can send the complete list of visitors to the sellers.

Dishonorable Business Practices
I used this service for a few years. It was only satisfactory to an extent and not useful for the bulk of my open house events. When the subscription came up for an expensive renewal, I cancelled my account through the vendor’s website.
The vendor then proceeded to send me ceaseless demands for payment, ignoring the fact that I had cancelled the account and ignoring my emails, insisting instead that I contact them (again) by phone to “discuss” it. We all know what that means.
BTW, I had not used the app for over a year when they started their little shakedown.
I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Huge upgrade over paper sign-in sheets
I also like the way it emails me a list of people who signed in that day. It makes follow up so much easier!

Not working with iPad OS
Great app that I’ve used for a while. Simple to use, looks good for clients. Hasn’t worked properly since iPad OS launch but hopefully that will get fixed soon. If they get the app working properly again, highly recommend it.
