Good but can be a lot better
Having been in the industry for 28 years I know that communication is the key to a successful relationship. This app does that and assists in managing your contacts with ease. The app allows for a variety of questions but has limitations on the first and surname function. So if you don't get a surname at your open house, and have 3 x John's attend, you'll be scratching your head trying to work out which one is which. The app for Australian realtors works, but it would be better suited to change the default type from condo to unit, flat or apartment etc and allow flexibility in choosing property type. At the end of an open house, it will send a thank you message for attending, which I really like, again it would best to customise the message instead of using the default We are after all, paying for the right to use it? Can we remove the broker function? Sending reports would be ideal if we could customise that too. Lastly, I would like to be able to work several leads from the one property without having to go back into the sort leads button to make a selection. If I am working with a group of buyers from the an open house and sending individual emails, I would expect those leads stay open until I choose others. Overall a very good app and with the potential to be fantastic if the designer gets these right.

Best thing for my open homes
Love this app, I am using it for all my open homes and the buyers love to use it. i can show photos of past of the property that i can shop on open day like the car parking, parks, transport.
I only wish that it had last and first name on the questions and not just name and that you could change the email that go's out after the buyer puts in there email address. if you are in real estate this is a must.

Brilliant app, stand out from your competition with this classy and stylish home open register. I'm from Perth in Western Australia and have been using the app for over 8 months and can't fault it, it's time to get rid of the old paper and pen!!

Considering it wasn't written for my real estate environment, the features that do work, work extremely well. I hope at some upgrade stage soon, you would allow some features to be turn on or off and maybe add a few that I could use.

Very handy app
Just started using this app, seems good value, just gained an appraisal in the first day by adding a custom question! I'm unsure what the use of the open home pro website will be, but I like the auto email response which creates the first point of contact with your potential buyers, without having to sit down and type out all the emails.
Being critical:
I would like to see some other options for the property info on the first page, not all houses are on with a price i.e. by negotiation, auction, tender. One big bug bear I had initially, and one of the big hopes I had for the app, was being able to avoid transferring attendees details from open home written sheets into my database contacts on google apps. Sadly, the exporting of leads to a csv file was a complete pain to import to Google contacts, without further work in excel, to put the info into the correct fields that google would understand. there was also a glitch that your custom questions would drop off and phone number was not a default question which was a major oversight
......but......I'm over the moon now! There has just been an update to automatically add your attendees directly into contacts into your ipad, custom questions now stay and phone number question is now a default... hallelujah!!!!!
I have synced my contacts in the ipad to google apps contacts through Microsoft exchange so "voila"! Every attendee is automatically added to my phone etc.
Its certainly one of the best looking apps for open homing, it's very well priced - you'll be mad not to give it a go!
