Super easy to use and no issues seeing the info at the end of open house. Hoping along with other reviewers that next update might include the ability to ask all my questions on 1 page.

I like that each guest can sign in w/o anyone else seeing their info. And that people don’t seem to mind signing in on a tablet rather than paper & pen; I get more sign-ins now!!

Great app. Very professional layout. Easy listing entry with photos and info. I use the app to enter data as I ask questions. Much more personal and guest doesn’t have to deal with multiple page questions (unacceptable aggravation).

Doesn’t work any more
This app started out fantastic. But doesn’t work anymore. Every time someone signs in, it gets stuck on the finish and won’t end. It locks up and you have to close it and reopen for the next person.
So you end up starting up a new open house for each person. The developer was non responsive when I wrote to them.

So apparently I have an account on this app... didn't know that - went looking for an open house app like this - found it hit get and (no cloud image to show i had it) when i wend to creat an account it said i had one, so i tried to log in but doesn't recognize any password I might have used - requested a link to set a new password and its been over 40 mins and no resent link.... not too impressed...

Backend lists unusable
The app front end for the guests is ok. The main issue the the leads go into a list that you cannot sort. When you export the file it doesn't have any dates or addresses for the leads. You also can't clear the lists or leads. After a few open houses you end up with a growing list of leads that makes it difficult to sort through or import into any kind of CRM or database. It would also be better if you could put all of the open house questions on 1 page

Great ap but needs settings options
I agree that it'd be nice if all questions were on same page or if they at least say 1 of 5 etc. Prospects find it irritating and sometimes bail mid entry. Also I'd like to customize from sign in page with a pic of the listing or even listing slide show. So some ability to customize would be great. On the upside, the names and contact info are now legible (no more chicken scratch entries!) and I can make notes on each registrant as they're walking around so i can recall spouse names etc. the notes section (hidden from prospects) is very useful!!

Great Convenience!
Open Home Pro is easy to use, and convenient. It takes only minutes to set up. Guest information is now legible. No more handwriting analysis. Guests did not mind signing in electronically and answered all questions. Liked the ability to add notes to each guest. The guest report at the close of the open house made follow-up easy. Highly recommend.
