Good app. Almost perfect...
While this is a great app, it needs a few more features to be perfect. Notably, there is no way to break down the flash cards into smaller sets (say 10 or 20 at a time). This makes it extremely difficult to learn brand new words because your short term memory gets completely overwhelmed.
I also have not found any way to reverse the flash cards and go from French to English. It would also be great to be able to hear the French only (eg: hide the written portion) as this would allow the app to be used for listening comprehension.
So for now at least, while this is a worthwhile addition to one's French study program, it won't be replacing sites like WordChamp or Anki just yet!Show lessOptiontrader
Easiest fast track to learning verbs
Such easy access to studying verbs means you can find the time to do it. I do a little every night and find it to be the most efficient way to learn.GiselaVS

I really like this app, thought that it was a little pricey at first. After using it for a while, it is worth every cent and I would purchase again without hesitation. My only suggestion would be to allow us to type in the conjugations and not just to mentally review them. Thanks!Civicx2003

Great but one request...
These flashcards have saved me so much time and were just what I needed to cram verbs. One request though, I would like to see flashcards with the English infinitive on one side and the French infinitive on the other just to learn the roots of the verbs first.RachaelJean

Good ap. I've found a few mistakes but overall its great for quick study breaks, waiting in line, or other short down times during the day
I wish there was an audio component like there is for the other brainscape French vocabulary flashcards.

Ideal conjugation practice
This flashcard app seems to me an almost perfect app for practising conjugations, and I have looked at many alternatives. It presents you with the infinitive and the definition of a verb and asks you to think of the complete conjugation in a particular tense. I think this is preferable to having je, tu, il, etc. on separate cards, particularly as in many tenses all you need to revise is the stem. After seeing the answer you say how well you knew it on a 5 point scale, and the rate of repetition is adjusted accordingly. It has 387 verbs in the 6 major tenses. Each tense is a separate card deck, and you can revise the decks individually or mixed together. There are good progress reports, deck by deck or card by card. There is good help built into the app. You can search for cards and delete cards. You are given access to the verb list for each deck, and the only improvement I would like to see is to be able to make selections from there of verbs for revision without deleting (irrevocably) the rest: it takes a long time to get through all 2326 cards with repetitions.Show lessMike Fedeski

This is basically a flashcard app programmed to repeat the occurrence of each card with a frequency proportioned to how well you have that card's contents memorized. This - in addition to the fact that the cards are premade for you- makes it above some other flashcard apps currently
available, especially if you're too lazy/don't have time to create yourself flashcards with verbs and their conjugation paradigms. This app has hundreds of verbs both regular and irregular already made for you organized by tense or mood, though I noticed it's missing a few like simple past. You can choose to focus on one tense or mood, or test yourself on the entire library. Very effective drills for
