This game is underrated
I love this game, sure the physics are off and the special stages are hard. But this game has a good charm to it. It’s fun and never gets boring, and it has a gimmick that matches each zone, Splash Hill has roped and vines which match the tropical environment very well, The second zone, Casino Night, has a score mechanic which requires a certain score to pass, Labyrinth has a Mine Cart level where you explore the abandoned shafts of the labyrinth in the comfort of your mine cart, Mad Gear zone has a challenging part where you have to run from being killed by saws on a wall. This game is fun, would give it a 5 out of 5 but the special stages bring it down a bit for me. Thank you for your time.Show lessHow the 6 part series went to a fumble for THIS PARTICULAR EPISODE
Okay. Don’t get me wrong but, the entire company took time for a very long sequel in order to figure out that Sonic 4: Episode 1 was a massive disappointment. Besides all of that, it did some good support on the PlayStation. The mobile, nah. If you go back through Sonic 1, CD, 2, 3&K, you can learn that some stages and music was copied (or at least all of it). While 3&K has the highest purchased game for the Genesis, 4: Episode 1, had low quality gameplay for mobile. As far as anything else, it also hard to utilize the game controls that doesn’t have console support for mobile. Special Stages have to make the player move their phone in random diagonal directions in order to get the emerald while getting rings. For controller, players uses the L-Stick. Boss fights are also copied too. Is not just a long sequel, is a ripoff rerun for many people to be disappointed.Show lessStatement
The game may be bad in other peoples views, but at least you get episode shadow if you get both games.
And thats a fact
