No business or account log in?
This app would be useful if I could log in and get info like on the web site.
It’s pretty useless currently since I can go to the web site and track shipments if I know the tracking number.
I just want to log in and see the list of incoming and outgoing packages like on the Canada post website.
ATM the website is far more useful than this app.

Spot on
Had a package being shipped to the states via Canada Post. Quick shipping, only to be held up in New York; customs for 7 days. Canada Post provided step by step location during the shipment.
Consistent at missing delivery windows.
Canada Post is has only one thing it excels at and that’s consistency. Consistently missing delivery windows!!!

Keeps crashing
App constantly crashes after October 26th update. My list of tracking numbers has disappeared from the app.
Tracking # bot yet available
There is a lag between the time that the Tracking number is given to the Customer by the merchant Versus the time that the same tracking number is available on the Canada Post system. It’s annoying to get a tracking number, click on it, open the app and then get an error message that it’s unavailable. Then days later it’s trackable. Negative experience for all parties involved.

Excellent app
Push notifications to monitor multiple deliveries as well as my flex delivery address. Scan the app when picking up packages. Makes everything super easy.
Great stuff
Great app, the only thing it is missing is a delivery status 'progress bar' like the website has. "In transit" could mean it just left, or is about to reach the final "out for delivery" state, so the progress bar is very helpful, but all around love the app and Canada post
