Love this. I had no problem with audio on the iPod or iPhone. It's a bit simple for my 6 year old but my 2 year old is fascinated. He's learning to name everything, calling out letter names and sounds and learning to use the touch screen. He'll look at it with me for an hour at a time, and he's humming the songs as he walks around the house.Show lessJeni72@&$
BEST ABC APP!!!!!!
We LOVE the starfall website-which is a goldmine....this is JUST the abc portion of the website. I think folks need to slow down and READ the app info and realize the app is NOT the entire website-which does actually offer a paid section for even MORE awesome starfall benefits.
As an educator-this ABC app is awesome-best money spent on a kid app. 3 of my children used the website to learn to read. My 16 month old can now have a little starfall when We are not on the desktop doing the main website.

Waste of $
Bought this app after looking at the web version. Disappointing as sound only works on the action and doesn't actually say the letter out loud! Not sure how kids learning abc's will actually learn letters if the app doesn't have audio with what the letter is! Very limited for the 2.99 I paid for this. Thought more of the aspects of Starfall online would be available. Once chn know the letter and sounds there's not much else to the App. The digraphs and blends sectiion would be great to add!lucybgle

My 4 year old autistic non verbal son learned his ABC's in one week with this app.
Also great for matching and lower/uppercase letter identification.
Love this app!

Excellent!! Very educational- perfect for learning phonics, I am a teacher and have recommended it to everyone with young kids. My 2 year old and 4 year old love it and can complete the tasks independently.Zanzau

Should be free, but we love it anyway
I agree with other reviewers that this app should be free since the content is available online for free. However, I would pay twice as much for this program if necessary because it taught my 2 yr old all of his abcs and their sounds. He loves it! We now practice finding letters everywhere because of his practice with this app.Show lessDsl137

We love the website. I thought this app would add more learning options but instead I bought this limited version of what I can get for free on the website. This is not worth $3 and I hope there is a free update in the future which adds more options than what this app has to offer. I do feel like I have been misled.Show lesssorry purchase
