Great workout app
Just started to use this app and have noticed a difference already, really easy to use, that and the video of each exercise means you can't go wrong, with the recent addition of the reminder it'll prompt you tondo your workout!!!
Great ab workout
I use this app regularly alongside the other daily workout apps by this developer and I have seen a real difference in my fitness levels, body shape and weight. I started with this app and it is one of my favourites. I find it easy to stick to and with the new feature of increasing workout time I can keep improving. If you couple this with cardio you will see a flat stomach. Brilliant app.

Very Practical; Use it in Gym.
I benefited from the app in terms of the variety of exercises. I used to do basic crunches and situps, which gets boring after 2 months in the Gym. This App helped me vary my routines and gave me new ideas on Ab workouts. It can be enhanced further, but as it stands it is quite useful. Simply run the workout (3 time settings) and follow the video exercise. You are prompted at the begining of each new exercise, so you can shift positions as needed. It ends with a cheering crowed noise (as in clapping for your performance) but it actually diminshed from the professional presentation of the App; I suggest removing the cheering noise.

Excellent burn!!
Excellent app, brilliant programme and how to guide. The videos that play along while ur performing the excercises are great to keep along and time ur self with unless ur gona go animal on it! Can even play ur music while excercising as where some apps just fade ur music out. All round 5 star app u Can really feel the burn!

Very usefull and easy to follow , good set of exercise every think just perfect , a smart app for exercise , the best i will say , i got them nearly all of them and i try to do it 3 times a week with 30 minutes runing sometimes and you see a diference , i will like see More like exercises for the waist . Very happy , i recomended to every one ..

Ideas but Fantastic
I love this app. I switch between both workouts every other night. I wish there was an adjustable timer and you could set each exercises timer individually. Also, I think there should be more alternative workouts and some of the directions and animations are difficult to understand. Don't get me wrong, I love this app and I would love it even more if these changes were made.

Great!
Love the app, good instructions made even better by the video, each exercise is prompted by with a vocal cue instructing the next exercise, and they are planned out smartly to allow for quick transitions between exercises (to disagree with other reviewers, I've never needed a pause button).

Does what it says !
A simple but helpful app for anyone wanting to know some straight forward ab exercises and routines they can use every day. The lite version is a good option if you want to try it out.
Just don't expect a washboard stomach simply from doing a few crunches - you need to watch your diet and do regular cardio.
App feedback
Would be nice to have a way to skip to next exercise from within a routine, rather than going back to the main menu and then into the routine menu.
The cheering at the end is also a little annoying (maybe it's just me though).
Would be nice to have an audible countdown during the routine so I can gauge where the next set is starting, the exercise announcement can be a but abrupt.
You might also include some stretches people can use, there's some good yoga style stretches for the midsection.

Just got awesomer
Much better layout and the videos on how to do each exercise are much better now. The new workout is much more challenging, I struggled the first couple times.
I now do each routine once a day. Im noticing my abs are getting even more toned and much more visible without tensing.
