  • Doesn’t Work

    The website I shopped at indicated I should download this app but appears to useless in the USA
  • Useless

    You have to select your country, but it only lets you pick from a list of 5 or 6...... it advertises it will tell you when the package will be delivered, but it says delivery unknown... so what the hell???!
  • Limited choice of countries.

    Tried this App to track a parcel. List of only 4 countries non of which are where I am and you don’t have the option to change this. No use to me and therefore deleted.

    Asked to define my country from a list of 4. I don’t fit in any (UK) so a bad start

    No way to track a barcode sent to my
    Phone, using the app on my phone. Bad start continues

    Finally track the parcel to be told “it’s on its way”. I knew that from the email they sent me with the tracking link. Nothing as useful as how long it might take, or a delivery date

    Phoned them, pushed 9 for English, Swedish continued.

    App deleted. Will make every effort not to require their services again.

    The choice to change delivery method appears in the app and the app errors if I attempt to use it (IPhone) - it seems this app works only to pass on tracking details for collections
  • Postnord don't know the meaning of quick.

    Just try to deliver it, instead of asking to choose a date for delivery when it arrives at the local depot. If we're not home on that date, only then should you ask to book a delivery.
  • Where’s the options for different countries?

    Why can i only choose my location for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden? I don’t live in any of those countries. And why doesn’t it show current locations and updates of where my package is? All its said is, my package is “on it’s way” for over a month now with no tracking info.

    So now you can only see maybe 2~3 tracking items on the screen whereas you were able to see 8. Let us have our compact
    View back! It’s harder to see what’s going on with unnecessary icons and info bubble clutter. You were able to see at a glance before what the state of all your consignments were. Otherwise It’s a well designed app. New changes though is just unnecessary with clutter.

  • No tracking in 2020?

    Then when I ask them for an ETA, they said I didn’t pick tracking. I didn’t pick anything—-there was 1 choice to ship to US. Then they told me to check with my post office to see if they had it—-which they couldn’t without a tracking number. Rude with poor customer service & incompetence.
