rip off

didn't know i was being charged american rate i tried to cancel my membership it wouldn't allow me! NOT user friendly at all! no customer service, no contacts with a live rep! this is a joke!

Deceptive

We went to a restaurant and the discount quoted was buy one entree and get a second one for free. After getting the bill the waitress told us it’s a maximum of $10 off. All entrees were $22-28 so there clearly was no buy one get one free.

Love using Entertainment App.
I always bought the big book, years ago.
It’s so nice having other locations available with having the app.
The only thing that’s a challenge, is people realizing it’s a legit coupon. The businesses don’t educate their employees about these coupons. They using end up giving us the discount shown. But they enter the discount in a way that it’s acceptable to their business.
But, the looks i get when presenting the coupon to them… is sometimes disturbing. I’ve never lost my cool with them. I’m just more prepared to be patient with who ever is looking at the coupon.

Difficult to cancel trial membership

I had this for a week. The paper book coupons are a better value. I found a lot of missing discounts from restaurants when you use the mobile app. You can’t cancel your membership in the mobile app or on the website. You have to click support and type cancel, then they send you a link and jump through more hoops to cancel. I think Groupon is a better value and way easier to use.

Thank you for your feedback. Unlike the paper books, a Digital Membership provides you full access to every participating merchant in the United States and Canada. As for your feedback on cancellation, there is no need to contact us. Our account self-service portal, https://account.entertainment.com, is available for use anytime. Links to that portal are on our website, in our FAQs, and in the program terms.

Always ask if the restaurant accept coupon

Many restaurant’s waiters and managers try to tell you that they do not accept your coupon and that they know nothing about Entertainment Discount… so frustrating.

I use it as a date night. So if we want to go out to do something or eat somewhere we use The Entertainment Book to help us chose and we try to use the bogo deals to make us feel better about spending money date nights. We recommend to EVERYONE!!!!!!

Entertainment digital

We love having these great value coupons on our phones. It is very convenient, and saves us money.

Don’t book travel!

I booked travel and clicked “ok” for $260 a night. Somewhere hidden in the terms and conditions the price increased to $400! I received it prior to booking and must of missed that fine print.

Customer service has been horrible trying to determine why the price increased and will not provide me a copy of the terms and conditions. Will never book travel through this app again.
